Jang-Soo's Pov :
As night fell, I was so immersed in my thoughts when I detected a faint rustling on the window. I immediately stood alert, thinking it was the sphere, but I was shocked to see Kim-Chi standing there. Thus I strolled up to him and opened the window.
"How did you get out ?" I instantly asked while looking around checking if Su-Jin and the others are with him but they weren't.
"Su-Jin's condition is worsening." He said hesitantly, looking at me.
not able to find anything to say to that, I just stood there processing what he said. Words seemed so feeble in that moment, everything I was afraid of happening, happened. "Snap out of it Jang-Soo! She is not dead yet. So, do something!"
"So, we had an idea." Kim-Chi said and My attention picked immediately at his words, so he continued, "why don't we just get in the truck and drive away ?"
As soon as he stopped speaking, I began weighing this idea in my head, and ultimately only came to one decision I was going to do all in my power to save Su-Jin, even if it meant compromising my life to do it.
"Chi-Yeol, do you think you can let me out too? I'll help." I asked him referring to the safety guard on the window.
I needed to see Su-Jin.
He nodded then started shaking off the safety guard for few trys, but immediately stopped as it caused a lot of noise."No, I can't! Not with my bare hands." He stated and I nodded understandingly.
"We are going to need some tools." I said sighing.
"Tools!" He repeated, confused. "Okay, I'll go and find something."
"Hey!" I called for him as he stared to head away, and I continued speaking once he faced me , " be careful." I warned him to be cautious considering that he is a friend of Su-jin's. And he was doing it for her, so I felt thankful to him.
"I will, don't worry." He said briefly and he was gone.
"Shit!" I growled angrily, squeezing my eyes shut and feeling absolutely useless for being locked up here while Su-Jin was battling for her life.
"Su-Jin, hold on a little more."
"Is this the right way?" Young-Shin muttered suddenly and I looked his way.
