After much thinking and decision I've decided that I'll be editing this book and remove HIS name. Yes, it is for the betterment since he's not part of the group anymore. It will be hard however it is a decision that I decided to pursue in relevance to the issue. I also feel uncomfortable if ever the readers will continue to mention his name.
