"Tsk," he says chuckling, while nodding his head slightly from left to right a bit, "I think this is your way of meeting people-by bumping into them on the street?"

Hearing him, she exhales. He continues to smirk viscously while making her feel nervous with his gaze. She continues to stare for a while before getting to her feet and tripping once more in the high heels she never wanted to wear but was forced to by her mother.

She was clumsy, something he found adorable but restrained himself from smiling at because he wasn't quite ready to embrace it yet. Before he could say anything else, she backed off a bit and thanked him along the way, before she left. He saw her nervous state of mind.

He rushed inside, hoping to find his parents because he didn't want to be late any longer, but before he could, a person-probably waiter-arrived and asked him if he could now lead him to them. He nodded before following the waiter through the less-crowded area, afterall it was one of the more costly restaurants in the city.

He smiled briefly before quickly covering it up as he saw his mother seated at the large round table in the corner with other people gathered around it. He approaches them while slipping his hands into his pants pocket. He watches his father sit next to her left while his mother stands up, gives him a hug, and then pulls him to sit next to her on the right.

At that point, he turned to look at the individuals who had arrived before them and noticed that the same female he had unexpectedly encountered numerous times was still unknown to him in every way, sitting there with another old couple, and she looked the same surprised as him. He mouthed the query, "Is she the girl," as he turned to face his mother.

His head turned back to them, staring at her without uttering a word as his mother nodded in accord. He assumed that his father would select an older woman who has a strong personality and is an independent business woman rather than a young girl who is still in college. He remembers her from university. How could he not, when he was almost staring at her the entire meeting without knowing her or anyone?

He sighs, appearing concerned. What if she's considerably younger? He can finally find reassurance within the fact that she is a university student, therefore of course she must be in early or mid twenties. He had never intended to be married, therefore he was annoyed by the sudden turn of events.

Although she was calm when he looked at her, she appeared to be in turmoil. She may have appeared calm on the surface, but he could tell she was either anxious or afraid because of the way she was wiggling her leg under the glass table and fumbling with her fingers.

When she choked up while eating, she nervously smiled at him before preventing her vision from him. She had accidentally crossed hands with him when taking the glass of water for herself to drink as he also wanted to help by giving it to her.

They have already begun eating, during which their parents chat and go over matters that, to him, seem rather less significant than gazing at her. Whether she was coerced into this marriage or not, whether she wanted it or not, he wanted to make things clear with her. He wanted to ask every question, but he was unable to do so in front of their parents.

They all sat there conversing after dinner. As of right now, his mother has urged you both to go outside alone and have a private conversation because she wants you to communicate with each other. So he did, rising up from the chair and moving out, forcing Y/N to nearly run after him with her relatively tiny legs comparatively his bigger one.

He stops abruptly, causing Y/N to stumble into his muscular back in the process before she gathers herself and stands back a safe distance. He shook his head in disbelief, questioning why he was tied to this clumsy person he didn't know. He is flawless in whatever he does. She is clumsy, but he is punctual. He has never liked someone who isn't well-organised, but he can't help but admit that he likes her clumsiness much more.

"Deny it" all of a sudden, he said, She gazed up at him bewildered. Deny? Who or what? She was able to make it, so she questioned, "What-" When he spoke, stopping her once more, "deny the marriage" he finished. The younger one was left debating whether to speak or to keep her mouth shut out of concern that her father would become upset if she spoke to him.

He looked at her perplexed as she said, "No sir, I can't." How brave she is to reject his request in the face of widespread dread of doing so. He is left with a closed lips as she again asks, "Why can't you deny it if you don't want it?" If he had been able to, he would have put a stop to it long ago, but he was compelled to at the time.

"Listen-" He began to approach her, saying, but she immediately backed away, keeping a metre between them. When she said, "Stay a metre away sir," he chuckled so hard that his mouth almost touched the floor. Here, she is disputing when he urged her to break off this marriage and is now requesting that he remain one metre away. even what she wants?

He made the decision to play along to it, so he approached her and grabbed her wrist when she tried to pull away once again. She groaned as she realised she was unable to move due to his firm yet kind hold on her. When he lowered his body to her lever, she flushed in embarrassment or even nervousness. He chuckled while gazing into her almost-doe eyes, which he found unintentionally beautiful.

When she looked at him with those eyes, which contained too much innocence and just a hint of apprehension, he swore he was about to leave her. He didn't want to include her in his company because it was more compromised than everyone realised. Never did he want her to enter his life as a contractual obligation. But what can he actually do? Nothing.

"I'm such an obstinate person when it comes to wanting things close to me, whether it be matter or living people, so...either reject this marriage or get used to this proximity going forward."
