'Not until I can't stay sane anymore. Not until I can't stay sane anymore. not until I can't stay sane anymore.' She couldn't get his comments out of her head when she was sitting at the dining table after their wedding, beside Jungkook, who seemed to notice her nervous conduct with the ruddy cheeks and not making eye contact with him when their eyes met.
She always looked whenever she caught him staring at her through her eyelids, and she most likely decided to ignore it. He chuckled at her attempt to look away from him, before turning his gaze to her, who was staring at him with somewhat large eyes, calculating some equations in her head.
"Not hungry?" She overheard him inquiring when he observed her fiddling with the piece of cake they had served shortly after dinner, and he had previously noticed her not eating much throughout dinner. "No," she said, stretching out the letter "no" as if she was tired or bored. "Would you like to eat something else?" He asks, as if she were a child and he is her mother, to which she shakes her head and denies. He continues to inquire, and she continues to deny.
This saga continued until Mrs. Jeon stated, "Take her to your room, Jungkook." She must be exhausted. We're almost done and will leave everything behind. You are free to leave." She spoke, approaching them, and whispered into his ear. He looked at her again to make sure she was serious, and she was, so he looked at Y/N, whose countenance had fallen and bored out of this, before looking back at his mother and nodded to her.
As he rose from his seat, he turned to Y/N, causing her to glance up at him from her seated position, before extending his hand, asking her to hold it back, but instead she looked at him, confused as to why he did it in the first place. "Don't want to go to the room?" He inquired, expecting a response, and she nodded, standing up and winching unconsciously.
"Damn it, why can't you be careful?" he almost yelled, encircling her with one of her arms in his and the other stabilising her by gripping her waist. "I'm sorry. I couldn't remember always," she mumbles, almost as if she'd cry if she was shouted at any longer, so he shakes his head, "don't be. Let's go," he says, bending and sliding his arms around her knees and another around her back, making her welp.
"Stay still if you don't want to fall flat on your face and break your neck, princess." He warms, making her jump to get her in a good position, and she weeps again, receiving a frown from her husband, who appeared annoyed at the time. "I'm not dropping you, you can relax," he adds as he walks out of the wedding venue and into the corridor to their room.
"But I can walk," she whines, trying to break free from his grip, earning another glare from him, but did it work on her? Yes, it did, but she chose to annoy him even more. "You certainly can. But that doesn't mean you have to." He replied with a straight expression, and she almost chuckled when she saw his face, but she hurriedly stopped when he caught her, as he poked his tongue over his inner cheeks, looking menacing for a moment.
He certainly appears scary when he is angry or annoyed, so she remains in her posture, letting him bring her to the doorway. He places her down in front of the door as he types the password before asking her to enter. He followed her behind, locking the door and taking off her shoes as she did.
"Fuck," she could hear him say when the sight came into view. Flowers of red roses and balloons were placed over the room, on the bed, on the walls, and the gas balloons stuck to the roof, creating the atmosphere of a first night as the movies. She looked at him nervously before walking to the room for the final time, sighing and closing her eyes, cursing the situation as well as the inept hotel employees.
"Fuckers. They didn't have to do this," he adds as he walks deeper inside, leaving her standing in her place. Pulling all the roses from the bedsheet, he takes a seat, slumped back with his hands on either side. She could feel her cheeks turning hot again as she saw his thin muscles contract. She wanted to run away, but she couldn't run just now.
"You can go inside first; I'll be there later." He says, eliciting tiny nods from her before she walks in further, before coming to a halt. "I don't have my suitcase with me, so no clothes," she says, to which he responds by lying back on the bed, his leg lower than his knees dangling down. "You do. "I've got mine." As he finishes, she walks inside the closet attached to the washroom and hears him say "take whatever you want" before pulling out the tshirt and sweatpants.
"Isn't it too big-" she wonders, evaluating both the tshirt and the trousers. "I'm sure it will. I should look towards something smaller." But she was frustrated since there was nothing to vary; every article of clothing was getting bigger and bigger. "Do I have to marry a big man? It would have been better if he was smaller," she mutters, eventually removing her bridal gown. Her mother was probably too wise to choose a dress that won't get stuck on her and won't require anyone's assistance.
"Why did they put so many pins in here?" she grumbled to herself as she tried to pull out the pearl pins in her hair, but it became stuck more than untangled, leaving her frustrated as she felt her arms becoming numb with the time. With a disappointed groan, she resolved to take a bath and then try to remove them again, or seek assistance.

After finishing the routine, she gazed in the mirror, beaming, possibly because she appeared like a homeless person, with the half sleeves of her shirt folded till his elbow and the pants at the bottom. "Y/N? "Are you finished?" Jungkook inquired, lightly tapping on the door. She bit her tongue, knowing she was taking a lot longer, and he was probably waiting to get inside.
"There must be a dressing table outside; I'll just try to untie it there," she reasoned. She delicately folded her bridal gown and placed it inside a cabinet. "I'm sorry for keeping you waiting- oh my god!" She paused, a tight hold on her chest, seeing Jungkook so close, leaning over the doorway, one hand on the wall, the other inside his pocket.
"Fuck-" he catches her as she slips on the water she spilled on the tiled floor, "are you okay?" he asks before pulling her back to her position. "Are you planning on killing me for real?" She almost yelled, but unexpectedly, getting him to let out an airy chuckle.
"I didn't realise you were afraid of everything." She huffs a groan as a reaction to his response before folding her arms over her chest, her cheeks blowing out but her huge doe eyes gaze at him with innocent wrath
"Then why are you hurrying up?" She asked, and he forwarded his hand to her face, cradling her cheeks in his palm and turned it to bed. "You're free to eat that," he said. When he left her cheeks, she bit her lips and glanced down, her face flushed with humiliation."you haven't really eaten anything back in there."
"Can you please let me in, you're on your way-" he whispered, meticulously leaning to the side, his warm breath caressing her already warm ears, "or do you want me to take you inside with me?" Yeah?" Before he could finish his sentence, she shoved him to the side and ran outside the closet, shutting the door with a loud crash. "She's crazy," he says, smirking, before taking the clothing and going inside.

After they had eaten, they were situated on the bed, watching TV at nearly midnight. They were not drowsy, and the feeling of being uncomfortable was preventing them from sleeping beside each other. They agreed not to fight over the bed and instead share it, but with pillows between them, which was her idea. How childlike right?
"I'm not sleepy, but my head is starting to ache." She remarked this while gazing across at the man who appeared to be as bored as she was. He would have started working if he had brought his laptop, but he had left it in Seoul. Hearing her, he jumped to his feet, pulling her along with him.
