"Are you sure you want to do this?" His hand came snatching the papers from Namjoon and flopping them on the table with a thud, as his eyes met Namjoon, "I have to hyung, no matter what. Do you think there is another way to solve all of these problems more swiftly?"
Namjoon can't deny it any more, knowing that this was the only way to keep it under control as much as possible. "I know there's no way, but I can't help but wonder, what if she finds out? She's going to be furious with you. I will keep warning you" Namjoon snapped back, causing him to recline on the headrest of his chair, keeping quiet and wondering a second time.
'Can it get much worse?' He wonders. "Do you think it would be a good idea to keep her away from her mother? Do you think it's a good idea to lie to her and convince her that everything was a dream?" Namjoon came to a halt and shook his head in disapproval at the younger.
"I know, I KNOW IT HYUNG, but I can't take the risk of telling her the truth because I can't bear the thought of her being hurt the way she was that night. I can't see her in pain. I despised watching her pass out like that, and I despised anything that might harm her." He exhaled deeply. "And I will do whatever it takes to keep her safe and happy, even if it means lying to her." Or if it stands for everything I own or am."
He sat back in his chair, and Namjoon followed him. "So? Do you believe that distancing her from her mother would solve everything? Because I don't believe the same way." Namjoon continued to shake his head, making Jungkook sigh.
"I know very well what I'm up to," he braced himself, placing his elbow on his table, scribbling away in his notepad. "As I previously stated, I intend to keep mom safe, get her the best treatment possible, and finally bring her to see her mother once everything is in order. Before that, I'd like to ask you to team up with me and help me with this."
He confessed, showed Namjoon everything, even where Haruko is residing, where she is being treated, and who is treating her. It wasn't an absolute nightmare. Rather reality when Y/N passed out seeing her mother not even recognising her. He promised himself not to do it again and to set up an alternate truth for her, which was an absolute falsehood.
"Whatever you want to say. However, give me the information on where she is receiving treatment and who is treating her. "I need to keep everything in mind." Namjoon asked and responded by taking back his notepad and searching for the details while remarking, "She's her friend. I couldn't find somebody better suited to this job who could keep it safe and hidden."
Jungkook said, sliding the notepad back to Namjoon while he took out his cell phone to take a picture of everything, staring keenly at the picture of the young lady with the big smile appearing on the screen, before looking away from Jungkook. "Why her? She's in her first year?" Namjoon asked back "It's not like she's going to treat her completely, I'd rather say I hired her only to assist," Jungkook says in response to his query.
"You could have gotten someone else, what if she tells Y/n?" Jungkook chuckled then shook his head. "That's the point, she would never, I have already told her what happened to her friend, and she's never going to do anything that could hurt Y/n." "All OK, whatever works. I'm leaving now, but I'll see you at the party soon." Namjoon walked away, only to come to a halt while gripping the door handle.
