Brooklyn's POV:
Emmy looked up at Sebastian, who was getting nursed. Her mouth was open a little as she watched him. She was standing between my open legs and was holding both my hands.
"Mama-" she turned and looked at me. "What's that?"
"Sebastian's eating baby." I said.
"Peach bar?" She asked and Ellie let out a little laugh.
"No, milk." I said.
"That's not babas mommy."
"That's how you drank milk, but auntie Ellie feeds her kids a different way." I said.
"Why can't- I have it- like that?" She asked slowly.
"Because your mommy decided to do it the cool way." Ellie said quickly. "Kids who drink out of bottles are way cooler than doing it this way."
That made Emmy smile.
"Mama where Phee?" She asked a minute later.
"Her and Grayson are downstairs baby."
"Why- am I not- there?"
"Because they are watching a tv show." I said.
"You seriously still don't do screen time?" Ellie chuckled.
"She's never wanted to." I said with a shrug. "Like, she plays with toys when Fred and I watch something. We also don't know how to introduce it."
"Tv is learning." She hummed.
"I know, but me and Fred just teach her."
"I guess. You got the time. I don't." She sighed.
"Mommy I wanna go downstairs." Emmy said and gently patted my arm.
"If you go downstairs, you have to be with daddy." I said.
"I wanna be with daddy." She said.
"Okay." I said and stood up, then picked her up. "I'll be back."
"I'll be here." She mumbled.
Emmy waved to her when we walked out the room, then I took her down the stairs.
Ophelia and Grayson were both sitting on the carpeted in El and George's living room, playing with their toys as Paw Patrol played on the tv on the wall. Emmy looked down at them, not at the screen.
Then I walked through the door to the kitchen and saw Fred and George sitting at the kitchen table with George's computer in front of them.
"Looking at porn?" I asked.
"What? No." George mumbled and looked up at me.
Freddie did too. "Daddy!" Emmy said and reached her arms out. I brought her over to Fred and he took her from me, sitting her down on his lap. I stood at the side of him and looked at the computer screen as Fred's hand found its way to the back of my thigh.
"Whatcha doing?" I asked.
"Looking at houses." George said. "It's fucking harder than it looks."
"It took a while for us to find our place after the flat burnt down." I said.
"Everywhere is either too small, or needs major renovations." He said. "The better looking ones are in the town over."
"Then move to the next town." Fred said.
George looked over at him. "You trying to get rid of us?" He asked.
"I'm trying to get rid of Ellie." He said. "But if the bed place is half an hour away, then who cares?"
