Her head hanging low hands stuck at the same place voice quivering. Hair falling Infront of her face.
Renjun cupped her face, lifting her chin up to make her look at him.

"It'll be over soon, trust me"

"I have been dressing up your wounds as long as I can remember, heck jun they are now scars and all because of me? I dragged you into this."
Her eyes swelling up crystal like tears forming.
"I am a grown man hyun, I knew what I was doing then, I know what I am doing now."
He told her but she refused to listen to any word.

"Either stop risking your life or stop all of this entirely"
She laid down her final statement to which renjun disagreed.

"I'm too damn close to give it all up seohyun"
He slightly raised his voice laying emphasis on his words.
Seohyun like a little child shook her head. Tears escaping her eyes.

"I will never be able to forgive myself if anything happened to you"
She mumbled not looking at him. Eyes softening renjun wiped her tears with his thumb caressing her cheek.

"Seohyun-"
Cutting his words she said something which he was dying to hear from the last 7 years.

"Back then It was attachment, I needed your help. But Huang Renjun now? I don't think I can breath a second without you, why can't you understand that I have fallen in love with you!"
She screamed out emotions overwhelmingly taking over her.
Without any words renjun stared at her in awe, lovestruck

"Seohyun, nothing will happen just trust me please"
Renjun ran his fingers through her hair. trying to convince everything will be alright.
"I'm leaving" she said getting up grabbing the car keys renjun held her wrist tightly
"You can't escape the conversation everytime"
Seohyun stood there for a minute without resisting, she knew he would stop her, she hoped he would.
"I'm not" she mumbled out in a low voice, lying clearly. Her sudden confession had made her feel embarrassed and awkward for some reason. This was probably not the best way to tell someone that you're in love.

Renjun got up standing Infront of her. Their height difference which he still found cute to this day made him smile, her head down not looking up at him as a form of protest showing her signs of disagreement.
Raising his hand to her chin he made her look up
"Eyes on me"
His voice low yet commanding. Hesitantly she tried maintaining eye contact with his eyes that looked deeply into hers.

"You are my life's purpose, ever since I laid eyes on you, it has always been you"

His voice smooth like velvet making her being allured.
Not a word left her lips staring at him with her doe eyes.

"So please let me do what I have to"

He concluded with a hum. Seohyun still disagreed but even if it was for a second she wanted to believe that everything was alright. A stray tear left her eyes. Renjun quickly wiped it away with his hand cupping her face dearly.

"Trust me seohyun, I won't ask for anything ever again"

And the irony to this sentence was that she did trust him, more than herself more than anyone in this world.
Without exchanging any words she wrapped her arms around his neck tiptoeing.
Renjun instantly leaned down to meet her face. Glancing quickly to notice any signs of disapproval.
Her eyes closed, lips slightly puckered hands gripping his collar tightly to the point he could feel the tug on his neck.
A chuckle left his lips making seohyun roll her eyes pushing him away harshly but his grip on her waist was tighter Pulling his back.

"You are a bad, bad, person Renjun" she said with a hint of annoyance in her voice.

"Should've thought before loving me, but too bad I guess"

He teased leaving a small peck on her lips sneakily making her gasp in disbelief.

"I hate-

Her words left unsaid as Renjun placed his lips on hers.
