The start of spring was cold. The wind was calm which made her uneasy. silently she walked into the office nodding to the workers who had been working. Assuming the quietness of their assigned floor she was the first one to arrive from the crime scene.
Turning the blower on she walked into Renjun's personal office sitting on the couch to warm herself up.

Leaning back on the couch she closed her eyes relaxing a bit. She felt cold metal on her neck which made her stiff. Her body unable to respond in time.

"Happy birthday my daughter"

Hearing his voice Seohyun's breath hitched. Her fear of him never vanished even when she was skilled enough to kill someone, seeing his filthy face reminded her to of the anger and raging monster who had killed her mother Infront of her eyes.
These rough hands even though clean yet she could still see the blood dripping down from them years later.
No amount of therapy could ever erase that memory from her mind.

"It's over, it's time you stopped"

She choked out. As hyunbin placed the knife near her jugular vein a single deep cut and she could lose her life. It wasn't death that scared her, it was the anger she would feel if she was unable to see his life being destroyed from her own eyes.

"The whole country is searching for you, you can't escape. Not this time. Pay for everything you have done"

There was already police looking for him as the prime suspect. And all of it being proven and statement was given by the In charge of the case Huang Renjun. No way he was going to escape from this.

"You think Eunjae will be proud of you? She loved me. You want to see your dad behind the bars?"

Hearing her mother's name leave his mouth she felt anger boil up. It was true her mother loved hyunbin but only thing she can see is the blood on his hands.

"We can be a family don't be an ungrateful brat. I did all of this for you"

She wanted to scream,shout and tell him how wrong he was. She felt the frustration running through her veins. She would burn this world and herself than forgiving the monster who ruined her life and still had the audacity to blame her.
Like a switch flipped inside of her and she prayed upon the heavens to help her. Using all the training she had received from Renjun she didn't bother if getting out of his hold will hurt her.
With a sharp hit on his wrist she made his blade slip away from his hands as she turned around pushing him awake from herself. With hyunbin now on the floor she took ahold of the knife which had blood splattered on its tip.
As all of her sense left her body all she could think of was to inflict him so pain, so he could feel 0.5 percent of what she felt.
As he tried getting up to get out of the office seohyun ran up to him in a swift motion plunging at him.
Falling with a thud he groaned in pain as the blade went straight through his hand. Blood pouring down as she gripped the blade pushing his hand down along with it wanting to push it through his heart.

"SEOHYUN!"

Shout of Renjun was heard along with the footsteps of people barging Inside the office. She was clouded with hate even the fear of getting charged for murder didn't seem like a big thing for her in this moment.

"I want to see you rotting behind the bars. The remaining life you have left will become your own personal hell, where you will beg for your death— you will pray to God to be killed, but even death wouldn't be at your side"

Her voice deep enough to resonate throughout the office making everyone hear her rage clouded words which were laced with venom. All the things she never said to him, her mind numb as she pushed the blade where it grazed his chest.
His scream making the police pull out their guns pointing at seohyun.

"Hyun, get off him! It's an a order FOR GOD'S SAKE!"

Renjun raised his voice urging her to stop this before she committed a murder in daylight in the presence of everyone.

"Just kill me"

Hyunbin choked out in pain as he felt her put all of her force into the blade as it slightly cut his chest.

"Death will be too easy hyunbin, it want to burn everything you have. I want to destroy you—and after suffering this life, you can burn in hell for infinity."

It took everything in her to stop herself from killing him right here.

"Miss park get off him, or we'll be forced to use violence"

The police threatened. Their gun cocking telling her to leave him. With a deep breath she harshly pulled out the blade standing up. Her vision hazing with blood reaching up her eyes making them red. Hate and bitterness consumed her. Renjun took a few steps towards her being cautious.
With small steps seohyun walked towards him all the while her hands were dripping with blood, blade still in her hand. Officers holding their positions gun still pointed at her.
Just as she stook Infront of Renjun she looked up at him making him hold her face brushing his fingers through her hair.

With a thud the blade dropped on the white tiles creating scratching noise. She fell towards his embrace wrapping his arms around her holding onto her.

"It's okay, you're okay my love. I got you"

He mumbled to her in a low voice reassuring her. With renjun's signal the police rushed to hyunbin cuffing his along with providing him with treatment for the wound
