Two days later:

The show ended, we were all packed up and ready to go but the delay was from two men. I wasn't sure who they were, but Colson said it was important. They asked for a second of his time, handed him a folder and walked off. Amara and I wondered what it was but Colson's attitude change was what made us think it was bad.

"Fuck"! We heard.

Amara and I turned to look at Colson stomping over.

"What happened"? I asked and he handed me the blue folder.

"He's taking me to court". Colson hissed as he kicked the drum case next to him.

"Who is"? Amara asked.

I opened the folder and gasped. "Shawn is taking Colson to court for assault". I said and handed Amara the papers.

"You're kidding me! All because of the fight"? She asked and Colson nodded.

"Now I'm gonna kill him". Colson hissed as he grabbed the folder back and walked to the bus.

"Nobody is killing anyone. Can't you call him or his lawyer and settle it some other way"? I asked.

We got onto the bus and Colson kicked the door. "That's not how it works angel. He's taking me no matter what. Just to get a pretty penny". He groaned.

"I can try to get a hold of his team. If we need to pay then we pay". Amara said and Colson shook his head.

"No. We aren't paying him or his team shit. We know his back history with what Bobby told us, and other guys who had him. Call up that Butler guy". Colson spoke but Amara shook her head.

"That's a hard guy to get a hold of. I can try but I'm not making promises". She said and sat down.

"Wait! I can ask Alex. He studied a bit of law in coll-" I stopped.

"What"? Colosn asked.

"Nevermind. It wasn't Alex, it was Nicholas". I sighed.

"We can't call him because we're team Alex huh"? Colson spoke and sat down next to me.

"I think he can really help us, but if Alex finds out he'll flip his top. I can't do that to him". I sighed.

"Then I'll do it. I'll say I got his number from a friend of mine". Amara said.

"He's way to smart for that. He'll catch on". I said.

"Well if anybody else has another idea I'm all ears. Nicholas would be our only shot here". Amara turned to Colson as he was now holding a mini skateboard and using his fingers to make tricks on the arm of the chair.

"I think we need to call him angel". Colson spoke, his eyes still on the skateboard.

"Colson. I'm not calling him. You can and when Alex finds out you can explain to him". I said, now getting a little upset.

"Like he's ever protected you from the truth. He lied to you about that other guys stealing the ring. Barely talked to you when you went back with me and so much more". Colson turned to me now.

"That's what friends do Colson. We've been okay. That's the point". I snapped.

"Well he needs to grow up. I need someone who knows this shit to get me out of it. I go to court then the shows are cancelled".

I rolled my eyes.  "Oh you have a little narcissism right there". I said pointing at my lip.

Colson gave me a glare and I turned to look out the window.

"Okay stop. There's no need for you guys to start on one another. Let me handle this". Amara said as she sat back into her seat.

Once everyone was on the bus we drove off. It was still quiet after the little argument and I wasn't backing down. I watched as Colson stood up and walked to the side to grab his pot bag and sit in the seat next to me. He took everything out of the bag and lit up one of his joints. I reached over and opened the window and he shook his head.

After the first hit he blew the smoke out but then put the joint out and set everything on the table. He turned to me and patted his lap, I shook my head.

"Please"? He whispered.

I sighed and turned to Amara as she giggled in response. I got up and walked over to him, curling up into his chest as his lips kissed my cheek.

"I'm sorry". He whispered.

I nodded. The normal Colson response  from an argument.

"I'm sorry". He whispered again and kissed my neck, wrapping his arms around me tight.

I rolled my eyes again as he rocked us back and forth, apologizing and just being Colson.

"Okay I get it". I giggled as he tried to reach inside of my shirt.

He chuckled and laid his head ontop of mine. "I won't bring it up anymore". He whispered.

I nodded. "Thank you".

Two days. All it took was two days for the world to fall apart around me. Word got out about the court issue between Colson and Shawn and so far paparazzi weren't letting up. I had a doctor appointment this afternoon and according to Bobby I couldn't leave. We had police running people away from the house all morning.

Colson was still on the road, I told him with the doctor appointment and the mood swings I needed to come home for a while, but I get Casey tonight which is awesome. So we both sat outside, watching the paparazzi get dragged off by police.

"When is this ever going to stop"? Casey asked as she sipped her milkshake.

"Not sure. You're dad had a pretty short temper when it comes to douchebags". I said and quickly covered my mouth.

"Luna, I've heard worse". She said and took another sip.

I sighed. "I shouldn't need to have a home nurse come and check me out. I need an actual doctor".

Casey nodded. "Give it an hour, if they are still here have a dummy car take you. My dad used to do it all the time". She smiled.

"When did you get so smart"? I asked and took my milkshake off the table.

"Since I turned twelve". She smirked and sat up.

"Let's make dinner tonight. Dad gets a break doesn't he"? She asked.

"Friday to Wednesday. He'll be home tomorrow night". I said.

"Then I'll go with you to the doctor, we can pick up some food and have a girls night". She giggled.

"That does sound tempting". I laughed and stood up. "We need to get going now. The next available appointment is afternoon. I wanna be there for eleven". I said.

She handed me my keys and purse from the ledge of the porch and made her way to the car. I texted Colson quickly to let him know I was going and he would be the first to receive updates. I got in, noticing John was walking over.

"Want me to drive". He asked and I nodded, handing him the keys.

"Won't Bobby get mad that we're leaving"? Casey asked from the backseat.

"Yeah, but you're with me. It's our job". John laughed and started the car.

"And if he gives any shit, I'll handle him". I spoke as John turned to me.

"Pregnant hormones got you all crazy". He laughed.

I nodded. "Best believe it".
