We stared at one another for a moment before he blinked, losing our supposed game.

"Wow". He shook his head. "What a nice surprise, I guess". He whispered.

I nodded, I still couldn't look away.

"Kells, let's go"! Someone yelled and he looked away again.

He gave me a nod and walked off, leaving me there heaving. I waited a few minutes before following out and sitting down at my chair. Colson got in the middle of the girls and started his verse, looking at Perrie then to Jesy. I picked up my camera and took a shot, as he continued.

I set the camera back down and looked anywhere but them

I set the camera back down and looked anywhere but them.

"And cut. Okay, next verse I'm 20 minutes". The director yelled out.

Colson looked over at me again but Jade filled the space.

"Are you sure you're okay"? She asked.

"Yeah. I'm fine. Just tired". I said and got up.

I needed to get away from him. I walked over to food table and grabbed some coffee.

"Luna"? Colson called.

I slowly turned to look at him and see that his face was soft.

Ever since the breakup the news has been all over the place. Some sources say that he left me because I cheated, other sources say that we beat the crap out of one another. Neither one being true. I know that he went to rehab and passed, I heard all the songs he made. I know everything.

"So you're just coming over here to grab coffee or"?

He chuckled. "Yeah, that's what I'm doing".

He grabbed a cup behind me and poured the black coffee Into a cup then took a sip. He was close, his chest touching my shoulder.

I looked down, trying to hid the small smile. He always knew how to get to me but I can't give in.

"I heard about your rolling stone cover. Congratulations oh and yoir new magazine you made. Im proud of you". He said.

"Thanks. I work for Josh full time now, just in this area though". I spoke.

"How are you"? He asked, stepping closer of that was possible.

"I think I'm okay". I lied. I was a complete mess.

"You lost weight. Are you eating"? He asked concerned and I nodded.

"Yeah".

I had nothing to say to him and he clearly had nothing to say to me. I went to walk off but he grabbed my hand. "Have dinner with me tonight". He asked.

I looked around the room and noticed Jesy and Perrie looking at us. I turned to Colson and bit my lip.

"I cant". I said.

"Why not"? He questioned and walked us off to the side.

"Because this is weird. We have nothing to say". I blurted out.

He nodded. "Then we can find something to talk about over dinner".

I looked up at him again, still not over how tall he was. Do I give in? Do I stick to my word? Why was this all confusing?

"Shes free. She can go to dinner. Remember our plans canceled". Perrie said as she walked up to grab a coffee.

I turned to her and she gave me a smile. I don't think she understood my  'Stop it' expression.

"See. Now what other excuse do you have"? Colson asked.

I sighed. "Fine".

I walked off back to my seat and grabbed my camera, just in time for the director to yell action.

Colson walked over with the girls again, giving me a smirk and the backtrack started playing.

Wonderful.

Time moved slow on my account. We didn't finish until almost midnight. I guess dinner is off the table now. Once I packed up and said my goodbyes I walked out.

"There you are". I heard.

I looked up to see Colson.

"Its late". I said and he shook his head, opening the door to his car.

"What are you trying to do"? I asked.

"I'm showing you change". He spoke and walked over to me. "I'm showing you that I've changed in the matter of a year, I want you to believe me".

My heart hurt for him. I've never had someone try this hard for me. I tried to burn all the memories of him, I tired everything to forget about him but a little piece of me wouldn't let go.  I was taught to give second chances by my mother, and I was taught to  only give two by my father. I looked around the night sky and then into the blue eyes that stood infront of me. I picked up my bag and held it out to him. He gave me a smile and took it from me and walked me to the car.

Once he got in he turned to me. "I have something set up for us". He smiled again.

"Always filled with surprises". I chuckled and turned to face the window.

I felt his hand grab mine, then bringing it up to his lips. "Thank you".

I nodded and squeezed his hand back, then pulled it away. and then he drove off into the city.
