Costin giggled louder before responding. "Yes, Auntie!"

"What do you think, [Y/N], should I listen to a five-year-old?"

"He sounds like a genius to me," I whispered and kissed the toddler's cheek, earning another giggle from him. 'Marriage? She's... She's thought about marrying me?'

"...I'm going to guess you're flustered," Daniela giggled and glanced at me. "Your heart's beating so fast."

"I never thought anyone would want to marry me," I signed, so Costin didn't know everything I was trying to say. "Have you really thought about it? Marrying me?"

"Only every day since we met. My love, there hasn't been a day since I met you that you haven't been on my mind. It's only natural I'd think about marrying you."

"Then you better listen to your genius nephew."

"Oh, I will," Daniela promised. "One day, you'll be Mrs. [Y/N] Dimitrescu."

"I look forward to that day," I whispered with a smile. 'And here I thought nothing would make me want to talk again today.'

"Hey," Costin whispered and tapped my shoulder, sending me a smile before whispering. "You welcome."

I giggled and kissed his forehead. "Thank you, Costin, I owe you."

"Costin!" Cassandra called, entering the room shortly after. "Oh, there you are. Come here, little man, it's time for your lesson."

"Cuddle."

"...How about we let aunties Dani and [Y/N] spend time together and you can cuddle them tomorrow? Mama and I will cuddle you after your lesson."

"Deal!" He giggled and poofed away, making me blink at the spot he was just in.

"...Well, that's new," Daniela muttered in shock. "I guess they really have been teaching him to control his powers so he can stay here."

"They sure have," Cassandra smiled, picking up the boy. "Now, enjoy your time together, and if anyone causes any trouble, let me know."

Once the two were gone, I turned my attention to Daniela. "Was that her saying she'd kill anyone that bothers us?"

"Yeah."

"...Having her as a sister-in-law will be nice."

Daniela laughed and stood up, picking me up afterward and taking me to our room. Once we were in bed, she made me lay on top of her, a giggle leaving her when she saw my confused face. She wrapped an arm around me and opened her book, kissing my head before she started reading the words to me. 'Oh, that was her plan,' I smiled to myself. 'I can get used to this.'

Time flew by, and before I knew it there was a knock at the door, making Daniela stop reading. I sat up with a pout before I moved off her, letting her go and answer the door. She spoke with whoever was at the door, taking something from them before closing it and returning to the bed. My eyes landed on the book in her hands, bringing a wider smile to my face. 'More for her to read to me.'

Daniela grabbed her other book and waited for me to cuddle her before she picked up where she left off, quickly finishing the story. I kissed her cheek when she set the book to the side and stretched, a yawn leaving her. 'Oh, now she's tired?' Deciding to continue kissing her, I trailed a path down her neck — skipping her collar — until I reached her chest, glancing up at her when I stopped.

"Uh... Continue," She muttered, a flustered buzz leaving her.

"After dinner," I traced with my tongue, making her shudder. "We don't want to run the risk of someone catching us."

"...You... Know how to use your tongue."

"Thank you!"

"Should I start on the next book or... Or are we gonna make out until dinner?"

"Dinner should be ready soon. Time flew."

Daniela pouted but nodded, cupping my cheeks and tilting my head so she can peck my lips. "Time always flies with you."

"Then you better marry me before it's too late," I giggled against her lips.

"Mmm, don't tempt me," She giggled. "Everything's going to be perfect, so I'll need to take my time on it. As soon as it's ready, you'll be mine forever."

My heart fluttered before I moved off the bed, waiting for Daniela to join me. She picked me up with a grin, making me roll my eyes and rest my head on her shoulder. 'Being carried everywhere is nice,' I smiled as we left the room. 'Especially since she seems to enjoy carrying me.' Her lips pressed against my forehead, pulling me out of my thoughts.

"I love you."

"I love you too," I whispered as we reached the dining hall.

After she set me down, she took my hand and walked me inside. "So, what should we bake in the morning? How about a cake!?"

"Cake in the morning?" Bela giggled as we took our seats. "Are you trying to make yourself hyper all day?"

"It'll be big enough for all of us, meanie."

"...That doesn't change the fact that you will be hyper."

"[Y/N] can handle me."

"[Y/N] will be helping me, actually," Hunter chimed in. "We have to go into the village — Mother Miranda is planning a festival and... She wants Isa and you all to help make everything, so we're going to get the supplies."

"I didn't agree to anything," Isa grumbled as Costin tugged them into the room. "But, as long as she watches Costin while we work, it'll be fine. Someone should also tell her I've lost my sight, so I won't be as useful as she thinks this time."

Once everyone was settled, Costin leaned forward and looked over at me, catching my attention. He sent me a smile before leaning back, making me smile as well. 'Adorable.' The food was brought out quickly when the lady entered the dining hall, but what caught everyone's attention was the maid that walked in after her.

'Adina?! I guess the Lady decided to talk to her and let her go, but why is she here? Does she already have a crush on the maid? Who am I kidding? Lady Dimitrescu having a love-at-first-sight crush on a human? That's almost as insane as saying Dani never loved me.' After they took their seats, Cassandra leaned over and whispered something to Isa, making them nod slowly and smile.

"So, you freed Adina?" Isa giggled.

"If your son wasn't here-," The Lady hissed, making the god laugh.

"He's been to Olympus with me, he's heard people threaten my life."

"Olympians threatened your life?"

"Of course; Zeus and Poseidon. Sometimes Ares, but I deserve that."
