Chapter 1- it's not fair!!

"Please?"

"No"

"PLEEEAASSSEEEEE?"

"NOO"! Me and my brother Jayk argued.

"But, why not? I mean you have one"! I said trying to get him to agree. I wanted a tattoo really bad I think tattoos are really cool I don't understand why I can't have one. It's not fair.

"Yeah well you see Val I'm 27 and you are 15 do the math" Jayk said "and mom said no" he added as we walked into a small office place.

"Well it's not fair" I said "well as long as you live with me you must always listen to my rules" he said back.

"Hey Val" I heard the voice of my best friend say excitedly.

"T.C" I shrieked jumping up into a big warm hug from him.

"How is my favorite 15 year old?" He asked playing, setting me down.

"Bad. Jayk won't let me get a tattoo" I said with my face pouted "awwww" he said pouting his face too.

"T.C comon" Jayk said to him pulling him away "hey Val" my brothers band mate Drew said as he walked into a bigger room.

"Hey Drew" I said "wait where are you guys going?" I asked as my brother and T.C went inside the same room Drew had just walked into.

"Oh Jayk didn't tell you we're having band auditions today, we're looking for two new members" T.C informed me.

"No he didn't shows how much he loves his little sister doesn't it?" I teased sticking my tongue out at him.

T.C and Drew just laughed and stepped back into the larger room and I followed when Jayk stopped me.

"Stop Jayk let me in" I said "you're not allowed you are staying out here, where all the auditioners will wait for their turn" he said.

"Why?" I asked "it doesn't matter just go sit down" he said and I turned to find a seat.

"Wait" Jayk said turning my attention back to him.

"What's that on your face" he asked looking deep into my face.

"Make up" I replied easily.

"You're too young for that wash it off" he said closing the door to the larger room right in my face.

"Ugh it isn't fair" I said to myself and took a seat in the corner of the waiting room.

Me and my brother are really close we have been for as long as I can remember though he's a lot older then me. He treats me like I'm a baby though he says he's just trying to keep me, me.

But me isn't a little girl anymore.

Jayk and I grew up in Vegas with Drew, him and Drew have been best friends forever. They were both in a band called varsity fan club with three other guys but one quit and that's when T.C became a part of that group, and also when we became the best of friends. Anyway a lot went on with them and now there is just the three of them. And that's why they are having auditions for two new members.

I grew up watching my brother preform all over the world, with many different people. I saw him on TV, heard him on the radio it was pretty surreal. I've even found stuff in magazines of me yeah me and I'm just his sister. I wonder who the two new guys are gonna be I'm exited to find out.

I thought to myself as more and more guys filled the waiting room.

"Hey are these seats taken?"
