Happy birthday Devin!

Chapter 25-

"Thanks for letting me in I wanna be the first one to say happy birthday!" I said to Laura, Devin's mom when she let me in the house.

"Oh sweetie it's no problem anything for my boys first girlfriend!" She smiled. I know Devin would complain and flush with embarrassment if he heard that.

I just laughed with her.

"Okay you know where his room is go ahead. Just warning you he's probably still asleep so you'll have to wake him" she smiled going off into the kitchen.

Oh that's no problem I hoped for him to be asleep anyway, it's way to perfect now. I slowly turned the knob on the door and opened it, then closed it quietly. I set my big present bag down next to the dresser and sat next to him on the bed.

"Wake up Devin!" I said excitedly than kissed his lips. He just moaned probably not retaining anything I just said or did.

I got up and put my knees ether side if his body, "wake up baby" I said and kissed him again. He kissed back this time finally understanding it.

"What are you doing here?" He asked in his raspy morning voice and opened his eyes.

"I came to be the first one to say, happy birthday baby!" I said.

"Oh you are the best girlfriend in the world!" He said pulling my face down to kiss him. Not only am I the best girlfriend I am also his first girlfriend according to his mom (lol).

"Hey what's that?" Devin asked pulling away and pointing towards my present.

"Oh yah I got you something!" I said excitedly jumping off him grabbing the present and lay next to him on the bed with it.

"Why Val you didn't need to get me anything!" He said.

"No Dev I wanted to. Now open it!" I said exited. I wanna see his face as he unwraps each present.

"Okay, but having you by my side is as much as present I need. He said kissing me once more.

"Okay I know I'm perfect, just open the present" I said joking.

"Okay okay, sorry" he said holding his arms up in defense.

First he pulled out the card I had made him, that had the iTunes gift card in it.

"Oh an iTunes gift card, I could use this thanks!" He smiled.

"Keep going there's a lot more" I said still very exited.

He then pulled out all five T-shirts I got him from American eagle. Three plaid shirts, one plain long sleeved shirt and one plain short sleeved shirt.

"Wow Val I might need you to help me shop for some clothes next time I need too, theses are dope, so cool!" He said looking at each shirt than sloppily folding them back up.

Next he pulled out the snap back and put out right away.

"Now everyone will no my name" he joked.

"Why did you get me so much I really don't deserve all this!" He said.

"Yah you do, you are so special to me and this shows just how special you are to me and how I can't possibly live with out you" I gushed kissing him.

"Okay there's just one more in there!" I said and smiled big he joked around by matching my smile.

His huge smile faded slowly as he opened the last present! "Dev are you okay? Oh god oh no you don't like it!?" I asked worried.

The last present is the picture frame with a picture of us two in it! Devin was sitting on a park bench with me in his lap, with my arms around his neck as we kissed its my favorite picture of us.

"No no Val I love it so much, this is my favorite picture of us!" He said. I smiled in relief.

"Thank you Val so far today has been one of my best birthdays ever" he said than kissed me.

"Yah well it's not over yet the guys want to do something with you tonight. I think Jayk said something about a rematch of some sort! I'm not sure but you should get dressed he mentioned wearing something warm and comfortable! has he texted you that?" I explained to him.

"Oh okay, I'm so curious as to what we're doing now! And yeah he did last night" He said.

"Yeah me too actually! You can tell me whenever you get back or I can ask Jayk. Have fun okay I gotta go bye" I said and left The guys will probably get here any moment now and u don't wanna be here when they do.
