Chapter 29-

Devin's P.O.V

"Ok I got the popcorn!!" Drew said excitedly jumping into the the seat next to me, on the couch!

"Why did you make popcorn we are only talking not watching a movie or anything!" Jayk complained.

"Popcorn makes everything better even your boringness!" Drew said crossing his arms like a five year old after they've been told that they can't have McDonald's for dinner.

"Okay I'm just gonna ignore that you just called me boring... Lets move on" Jayk said. We are all sat in the living room talking about well I'm not sure yet. Probably something about actually getting started with this band thing I mean we haven't even wrote one song or set up a gig I'm not even sure if we have any fans besides Valerie, Brianna, and.... My mom of course.

"Ok guys so drew wrote a song for us that I checked out last week, and its amazing so we're gonna start recording in like a week or two. It's called one night and we're gonna release it as our first single. We're gonna make some YouTube videos and make a twitter and Instagram account that is just After Romeo to gain some more fans you know other than my sister and bri! Soon after.... Yes I have it all planed out, we're gonna try to get to play at some schools around here, Vegas, just anywhere we can get to, until we're considered by teens mainly as more popular!" Jayk explained. Wow he really does have it all planed out and I'm exited, but nervous at the same time. It's gonna be one of the best roller coasters I will ever be on, but also the scariest but I can't wait to get on.

"Wow interesting, now popcorn to make it more interesting" drew laughed.

"Okay? Can we hear the song now at least?" Blake questioned.

"Yeah sure just let me grab the laptop" drew said handing me the bowl of popcorn, as I started grabbing handfuls and stuffing my face! I'm exited to hear this song that is gonna be released as our first single, I mean I think we all are.

Drew ran in with the laptop under his arm, and the strings on his hoodie bouncing all over the place. He kneeled down to place the laptop on the coffee table.

"T.C get your stanky feet off the table" drew exaggerated his statement. T.C simply removed his feet and drew placed the laptop in place wear T.C had just removed his feet. He moved the mouse a few times typing in things I couldn't make out for about 10 minutes, before handing us all a piece of paper with lyrics to the song.

"Ok all you're gonna hear is my voice but we all have different and individual parts of the song, and like Jayk said we're gonna start recording soon next week to be exact" drew said seriously. I don't think I've seen him with a more serious look on his face. Work must be the only thing to him that's not a joke but that's a good thing. The song started to play, the tune is really catchy this song is amazing. And drew wrote this by himself? Wow he's talented, I wish I could write like him; I've heard he's written some awesome pieces. For other artists too, he's written for more than you can imagine.

"So what do you guys think?" Drew smiled but nervously bit down on the right side of his bottom lip.

"It's amazing drew" Blake said.

"Yah really good" T.C added.

"I love it" I than said.

"Good thing you all like it, cause its for sure that we're recording next week!" Jayk said. I can't wait till we start recording our first real single as a band. It'll be great!

Author's note- yeah I no I'm sorry it's short, and I'm even more sorry It didn't come earlier it took a while for me to actually write this even tho it's really short anyway please vote and comment in my message board.
