After I ate my breakfast and washed the dishes I got dressed. I put on a big comfy sweater with some high waisted denim shorts and finished the outfit with my brown suède booties. I grabbed my backpack and walked out of the door planning on going to surprise Sun. I still knew where the Grill was, since it had been here for as long as I could remember. I decided to walk, because the weather was quite nice.

When I arrived at the Grill I pulled the door to enter, but obviously it was a door that needed to be pushed. Fail. Why was I always so clumsy? I sighed as I entered the restaurant on the look for my sister. I saw her standing by the bar in the company of a very handsome guy in a suit and Matt. I knew Matt since he was a classmate of mine and one of the few people at my school who didn't treat me like I was an orphan.

I yelled Sun's name and walked towards them to greet the others. That was when I heard his voice. I hadn't heard his voice before, but I immediately knew it was him by the shivers that were being send down my spine. I turned around and saw him walking past me. Fuck, fuck, fuck how was I supposed to act? Act normal, act normal. I said to myself, but it was in vain, because my sister had already noticed my ridiculous behaviour and more or less made it clear to the others. Why did she have to do that?

The guy however, who's name was Damon from what I learned, casually turned around and with the most beautiful smile I have ever seen he called me gorgeous. He. Actually. Called. Me. Gorgeous! Me?! It wasn't the first time I was called gorgeous, but it still surprised me, because my sister was the hotter one. Oh well, he probably said this to every girl he met, but why did it still make me feel special? Of course my shyness took control of me and I could only blush and insecurely bite my lip.

Then Matt asked me something. It took a while for me to understand what he was saying. He asked me if I wanted to work at the Grill. "Yeah, I would love to!" I said, finally able to speak. "Okay, that's awesome! Could you come for a trial tomorrow?" Matt replied. "Yes of course! Thanks again Matt." I said when Sun decided to storm off. What did I do this time to make her pissed off? I excused myself and ran after her.

"Sun! Sun! Please Sun, stop!" I yelled, already out of breath. It didn't take much effort to reach Sun, since she wasn't exactly running from me. When I reached her I noticed she had this look on her face she always has when she is jealous. I had trouble suppressing a giggle. Sun noticed and threw me an angry look. "Why could you possibly be laughing?" "No sorry, honestly it's just that you have this expression you always have when you're jealous and I really don't know what reason you have to be jealous." I told her to explain myself.
