Realize it

It's been a few days since the heated night at the Mikaelson's residence.
I haven't told Luna yet, she'll freak out if she knows.
Especially after what he did to me.

"Princess are you busy?" I heard Damon say.
I looked at him like he was the most stupid guy ever.

"Damon I'm working? What do you think?" I asked him.

Luna was at school since it's Friday.
Damon kept watching every single move I did like something was wrong with me.

"What Damon?" I asked getting frustrated.
"Why do you have love bites in your neck?" He asked me confused.

I put my hair over it quickly and started cleaning the bar.

Damon gasped and when I looked at him he had this grin on his face.
I think he beats the Cheshire Cat with that grin.

"You have either a lover or a man."  he told me with that stupid grin still on his face.

Now I thought about it.
What are Klaus and I?
Luna will be surprised if she saw my outfit today as well.
I hardly show any skin.
Well I'm just showing arms, my hair went from purple to pink and my ends are already blonde again.

"You look good though today." Damon told me.
I looked at him and actually started to get mad.
"Damon what is your goddamn problem?! You are in love with Luna! Why are you like this man!"

Everyone stopped what they were doing and paid attention to me and Damon.
I started to feel nervous and Damon noticed.
He grabbed my arm and pulled me to the back.

"She shouldn't be with me because she can get hurt!" He said getting mad.
"Damon are you serious!? She isn't some weak porcelain doll! She can take care of herself and I know she can!"
"You protect her like she can break with one touch!" He screamed at my face.
"That's because she's family! She lost her parents!" I yelled.

I started to get a panic attack and punched the wall.
Damon grabbed me and hugged me from behind.

"It has impact on you as well doesn't it?" he whispered softly.
I nodded and felt tears building up in my eyes.

"They maybe weren't good for you but they did have you, the greatest sister you could wish for. You two need to talk about this more Sun, it's breaking the two of you by keeping it in." Damon whispered softly.

I knew what he meant and started thinking about what he said.
I need to talk about all this with Luna tonight. I can't hold it anymore.
Damon let me go and smiled slightly at me.
I thought about everything.

"Damon you love her, you're in love with her. She knows how to take care of herself and I think that if you truly love her you should give her a chance."

He looked at me shocked about the face that I told him to be with her.
He nodded and raced out the back and just left me there without a bye.
Twat.

"Sun! I need help!" I heard Matt yell.
I ran back to the front and went behind the bar so he could serve people and take orders.
I helped people behind the bar and before we knew it it was time to close up.
By the time we got the last customer out it was 10:45 and we sighed.
Matt locked the door and yelled "finally!"
I laughed at him and cleaned up the bar so it was all neat.
We both got a lot of tips.
I think we got 200 bucks each which is wicked.

When we were done Matt drove me home and I went inside.
Luna was nowhere to be seen. Odd.
