Kimhan Theeranpanyakul is the youngest yet one of the greatest members of the Theeranpanyakul clan. He's an absolute menace. A heartless killer they say. People he tortured scream for his mercy, yet he shows no pity to anyone.

But he only made these acts of the devil because his father told him, and his father's validation of what matters to him before. But all of these efforts go down to waste since his father only sees Kinn, the next leader of the clan. Kimhan doesn't want to compete against his brother since he knows from the start that Kinn is an important member of the clan. Still, he did these hideous things to people, but more to self-satisfaction than validation from his father.

Thank the universe someone was always there beside him to keep him grounded. The servant's son, Porchay KIttisawasd.

Porchay's family has been serving the Theeranpanyakul clan for years, so much for loyalty. Kimhan and Porchay grew up together, truly knowing each other's being. They become so close up until they reach their teenage years. Their closeness bothered some people around them, but the boys were not so they didn't mind. How harmful a good friendship between two young men would be?

Porchay would often aid Kimhan's wounds every time he came home from a mission or a random fight on the street. It's one of the chores he does almost daily. Porchay doesn't know why, but his heart always aches every time he sees Kimhan hurt or wounded. He often holds back his tears when aiding Kimhan. His heart has always been so soft, especially for Kimhan.

"You're not crying again, aren't you?" Kimhan said with a smirk on his face. He just came home from a mission. His father is already training him at a young age. He got a busted lip and a few bruises. He's also got splatters of blood on his face and neck and his hands are covered with all red blood.

Porchay shook his head, pouting and silently sniffing. "No," Porchay said with a heavy voice. He's cleaning Kimhan's wounds and covering them with bandages. Seeing this sight is a pain in Porchay's eyes. He's also responsible for cleaning all the blood on Kimhan's body. Even if he can't stand the sight of blood, he still does it, for Kimhan at least.

Kimhan chuckled, "Chay, I'm fine. It's just a few bruises and cuts. It's not that bad." He's watching Porchay intently as he gets his wounds clean.

"It could have been bad, Khun Kimhan. You're so careless." Porchay said, his voice calm and worried at the same time. He gathered his aid kit quickly and left Kimhan's room. Kimhan called for him but he didn't look back.

That night, Porchay cried himself to sleep. He cried not only because Kimhan was hurt. He cried because he realized his true feelings for him, a dangerous one. He's always been so attached to Kim because he was his only friend. But now he realized that Kim wasn't just a friend to him. He loves Kim, so much more than he thought. Yet, he can't love him. He only has Kim in his life, and he doesn't want to ruin the bond they have had for years just because of his stupid feelings. Other than that, he's a Theeranpanyakul, and he's just Porchay, a mere servant. A master can't love a servant, it's just for fairytales. Chay hid his feelings for Kim for a long time, maintaining a good friendship with no boundaries crossed.

Then they reached their early adulthood. Kim has always been so protective of Chay. He only wants Chay's attention. He hurt people who dare to hurt Chay. He became a gem in Kim's life, too precious and too fragile. Always important, always in need of protection.

They say when you leave the little bird unattended and let them stray on their own, they discover something they should not. As for Kimhan, it's love, and love is a weakness for the Theeranpanyakul clan. He has one weakness, a liability. Cold and heartless Kimhan, became a prison of love. When Kim realized his feelings for Chay, he didn't try to hide them.
