Renjun stood at the back of the wedding hall, watching as Jeno and Jaemin exchanged their vows. He felt a sense of happiness for his friends, but also a pang of sadness deep within his heart. This was the first time he was seeing his ex-boyfriend, Donghyuck, since they broke up.

As he watched Donghyuck enter the hall with his beautiful girlfriend, whose name was Yuna, Renjun couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy. Yuna was stunning, with long black hair and deep brown eyes that sparkled in the light. She wore a delicate pink dress that hugged her curves in all the right places, and Renjun couldn't help but notice how Donghyuck's eyes lingered on her.

Renjun couldn't blame him. Yuna was beautiful, and if he were to look at her from an objective standpoint, he would admit that she was perfect for Donghyuck. She was the complete opposite of Renjun, who was quiet and reserved, with messy brown hair that always seemed to stick up in odd places. And yet, he couldn't help but feel a deep sense of longing as he watched the two of them together.

During the reception, Renjun found himself sitting alone at a table, nursing a glass of wine as he watched Donghyuck and Yuna dance. They looked happy together, with laughter and joy etched on their faces. Renjun felt a sense of loneliness that he hadn't felt in a long time. It was as if a part of him was missing without Donghyuck by his side.

Suddenly, Renjun felt a tap on his shoulder, and he turned to see Donghyuck standing behind him.

"Hey," Donghyuck said, his voice low and soft.

"Hey," Renjun replied, taking a sip of his wine. He couldn't help but notice how close Donghyuck was standing to him, and how their bodies seemed to be almost touching.

"I didn't expect to see you here," Donghyuck said, a small smile playing on his lips.

Renjun shrugged. "I promised Jeno I'd come. Plus, I wanted to see you."

Donghyuck's smile faltered for a moment, and Renjun wondered if he had said something wrong. But then Donghyuck chuckled softly.

"Well, here I am," Donghyuck said. "And here you are."

They fell into an awkward silence, and Renjun did his best to avoid looking at Donghyuck's girlfriend. He knew he couldn't bear to see them together any longer.

"Do you want to go outside?" Renjun asked suddenly, gesturing towards the door.

Donghyuck nodded, and they made their way outside. Renjun fished a pack of cigarettes out of his pocket and offered one to Donghyuck, who accepted it gratefully.

They stood there in silence for a moment, smoking their cigarettes and watching the stars twinkle in the sky. Renjun didn't know what to say to Donghyuck. He still loved him, and he didn't know if that feeling would ever go away.

"I'm sorry," Renjun blurted out suddenly.

Donghyuck turned to look at him, his eyebrows furrowed in confusion. "Sorry for what?"

"For everything," Renjun replied. "For the way things ended between us. For not being good enough for you."

Donghyuck sighed and took a drag from his cigarette. "Renjun, don't say things like that. You were more than enough for me. It's just that...we weren't meant to be together forever."

Renjun felt a lump form in his throat. He knew Donghyuck was right. They had broken up for a reason, but that didn't make it any less painful. He didn't want to lose Donghyuck, but he knew he had to let him go.

"I'm happy for you," Renjun said quietly, tears prickling at the corners of his eyes.

"Thank you," Donghyuck replied, placing a hand on Renjun's shoulder. "I hope you can find happiness too, Renjun. You deserve it."

Renjun turned to look at Donghyuck, and they shared a moment of intense eye contact. It was as if all the words they couldn't say to each other were passing between them in that moment.

And then, Yuna appeared at the door, calling out to Donghyuck. The spell was broken, and Donghyuck turned to follow her inside.

Renjun stood there alone for a moment, watching as Donghyuck disappeared into the hall. He knew it was time to let go, to move on. But it still hurt, and he didn't know if that feeling would ever go away.
