Jaemin stood by the tomb his sword still in his hand. He looked down at Renjun's lifeless body tears streaming down his face. For a moment he thought about joining Renjun in death but then he heard footsteps approaching.

He turned to see the Prince of Verona the Capulet and Montague families as well as Officer Yuta standing there. "What happened here?" The Prince asked with a stern look on his face.

Jaemin looked at the Capulet and then back at the Prince. "Renjun and I were in love," he said his voice cracking with emotion. "But because of our families' feud we had to keep our love a secret."

The Capulet let out a gasp of disbelief. "You lied to me?" He said shaking his head in anger.

"I'm sorry," Jaemin said looking at him with regret in his eyes. "But we couldn't help who we loved."

The Prince looked from Jaemin to Renjun and then back again. He let out a sigh and then took off his crown holding it out to Jaemin. "Take it," he said. "It has been my honor to rule this city but I cannot bear the guilt of causing the deaths of two young lovers."

Jaemin took the crown and placed it on his head. "Thank you," he said feeling the weight of the responsibility on his shoulders. "I vow to end this feud and bring peace to Verona."

As he spoke those words Officer Yuta stepped forward and handed him a letter. "It's from Renjun," he said. "He wrote it before he died."

Jaemin opened the letter and read the words Renjun had written. He felt his heart break all over again as he read about Renjun's love for him and his hope that they could be together in the afterlife.

He looked up at the sky feeling a sense of loss and sadness overwhelming him. "Renjun," he whispered tears streaming down his face. "I'll love you forever."

And with those words he knelt down and kissed Renjun's forehead before standing up and walking away with the Prince and Officer Yuta following him.

As they left the tomb and walked out into the bright sun Jaemin's heart was heavy but he was determined to bring peace to Verona in honor of Renjun's memory.
