wow.... somehow i ended up back on here.
I wrote this when I was a cheesy, tfios obsessed 11 year old. Uneducated on cancer and bored during the summer lol. Reading your comments calling out some things I had wrong are embarrassing but also tell the truth of how at that age I thought I knew everything yet nothing at all.
I am 22 now, married, and living my best life. I've had family deal with cancer now. In fact, the next after this book I lost my grandfather to stage 4 lung cancer. I cringe reading how I wrote about it.
I hope you all are doing well, it warms my heart anytime I randomly see a new comment pop up or a new read. I redos load this app like once a year to see what's been happening.
