As Anna asked her question, the air in the room grew thick and tense. The once lively conversation fell silent, replaced only by the sound of her parents' uneasy breathing. Anna watched as their expressions transformed, their faces with concern.

Suddenly, Anna's mother broke the silence and asked in a low voice "Why are you asking?" she said, her eyes darting nervously around the room.

Anna stood up from her chair and walked slowly towards the dining table. She placed her hands on the polished wood and took a deep breath before speaking. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner," she said, her words slow and deliberate. "But my sleepwalking has returned."

They are shocked to hear this her dad looks at her with concern and asks, "Anna, why didn't you tell me about this? It could be very harmful to you."

"I think it's time I told you the truth behind your sleepwalking," her mom says, peeking at her husband.

Her husband tries to stop her, but she gets up from her chair and says, "You remember when you asked me why I didn't know anything before my eighth birthday and I said that you had a big accident on your eighth birthday?"

Anna's eyes were fixed on her mom. Sweat was dripping very fast from her forehead, and she froze in one place.
"Anna, you never had an accident on that day," her mother continued. "You were suffering from more than just sleepwalking - you were also experiencing a multi-personality disorder. This disorder developed after your real parents passed away."

Anna froze in shock upon hearing this from her mother. After a few minutes of stunned silence, she finally managed to speak. "Real parents? What do you mean?"

"Please, Anna, sit down on the chair," her dad said gently. Anna wasn't sure what to do, but she obeyed her father's request and sat down, her legs trembling and her body shuddering with astonishment.
Then Her Father Began To Narrate A Story...

"Your father and I were very good friends. We knew each other from college. When I got married, I bought a house next door to your father's house. At that time, your dad was already married and had a daughter who is your big sister. I know you were unaware of her existence, but I'll tell you more about her later.

A year later, you were born and your parents organized a big party to celebrate your arrival. Your smile was the most beautiful smile I had ever seen and whenever you laughed, everyone's heart was filled with happiness."

BUT THEN THAT HORRIBLE DAY COMES...

On 1 May 2013...

"Everyone was very excited about your birthday. We were helping your parents with your birthday party. In the evening, your parents and your sister were going to the cake shop to get your birthday cake. They didn't take you because they wanted to surprise you. But on the way to the cake shop, the car in which your parents and your sister were travelling was hit by a truck. They die on the spot.

When you come to know about their accident, you can't able to stop the tears, which were flowing through your eyes. Then we decided to adopt you as your grandparents are no more in this world.

Then we take you to our home. But still, you cannot forget your parents and your sister. We know it is not easy for you to forget them.

Then after a month, you want to take something from your home. After we adopted you and brought you to our house, we never went to that house. But from there you need one very important thing. So, we let you go. A few hours later, you didn't come back home, we got worried about you so we went to your house. When we arrived at your home, we saw that you were lying unconscious on the floor of your room.

I picked you up from the floor of your room and immediately we took you to the hospital. When we reached there, the doctor told us that you have gone into a coma due to deep shock. Then I started to think deeply, then I remembered that when I picked you up from the floor, you had a diary in your hand. I never tried to look at that diary because I didn't want to look at that wretched diary that caused you to fall into a coma and then get multiple personality disorders.

But now, I have to give you that diary. Her dad says and then gets up from the chair. As he was about to go, Anna's mom appeared in front of him and blocked his way. At that time her eyes were filled with tears.

"Honey! Please don't give that diary to her. she says in a hoarse voice,"

He takes his hand to his wife's cheek wipes the tears from her face and says "No dear, we should give that diary to her. Maybe she can able to understand, that why she was so shocked after reading that diary,"

"Mom and Dad!" Anna calls them from behind. Then they quickly turned to Anna. They were looking at her in confusion.

"What is my sister's name?"

Michael, what do you think? Why didn't Anna write her name in the register book? Joseph says.

"Of course, she wanted to hide her identity," Michael says and turns the ignition key to crank the engine. As soon as he presses the clutch the car starts moving then he takes the car towards the main road.

Suddenly a thought came to Michael's mind. He stops the car on the side of the road, then takes a note out of his pocket and gives it to Joseph. Joseph took out the note from Michael's hand. Then he opens the note to read. His eyes widened as he read. When he finishes reading the note, he looks at Michael with confusion.

"Michael! Where did you get this note?" Joseph muttered.

"I found this note under the couch. Michael says.

"So, where are we going?" Joseph asks.

"We are going to the serial killer's next victim's house!"
