Hung high over a dark night sky, the crimson moon that was ever white in any other's eyes was the apple of Sir Y/n's eye. The night was his gentle sea and calming peace as the day was his wonderful joy and golden light. And down the white halls he went, the day had left and the night had come, and the stars reflected off the windows as the Moon's light peered into the castle's halls, lighting the way as he made his steps. But between the sun and moon, there was no greater treasure than his young. For Skoll would devour the midnight light as Hati chased after the brightest star. As upon his back rested a girl with golden blonde hair and fiery red strands that existed at the ends of her locks, her head resting on his right shoulder as her emerald eyes stared ahead, a serenity befalling her as she gently rested.

"...Papa, can I see Baobhan Sith again?" It had been so long since she had seen her twin, and her father who had finally found comfort in having both in his arms once again, nodded his head.

"Yeah, we're going to see her right now...," A smile already existed on his face while one began to form on hers, they were one step closer to being together once more.

Shifting her body around before wrapping her arms around his neck, the child gave her father a small kiss on the cheek. "Hehe, I can't wait to see her... Hopefully, I can finally beat her at something," Skoll said a bit tiredly yet joyed nonetheless to see her sister once again. Maybe they could play again? The thought sounded fun to her.

"Haha, I think she'll be more shocked to see you, dear," Her father noted, raising his shoulders before letting them fall as air left his lips, his golden eyes drifting to the ground. "...She's really missed you, but you two aren't going anywhere anymore," Y/n told her, taking a turn right and heading down another hall as he spotted Merlin's room up ahead.

"...," Saying nothing, the girl only enjoyed the peace she had been given. She trusted her father.

Skoll had her father again, and her father finally had her as well, and soon, so would her sister. She was done crying as her father only needed to hold her to calm her, recognizing her as his child, bringing relief to her wandering doubts. Eventually, he led her back to the castle, and here they were now. Their work was done, the pain was over, and relief had been brought for her. Still, questions were still in the air and Y/n knew only one woman smart enough to confirm his suspicions, and so he headed to his wife's room.

"Ah right, you're about to meet Sif too, I guess you could call her your aunt, just be good and she'll treat you well," Y/n explained, receiving a brief nod from the girl.

"Haha, Gareth told me she was like a grown up me once...," Skoll told her father, receiving a small chuckle in return as he didn't believe the girl was completely wrong.

"Then let's just hope your sister doesn't take after Merlin too much, heh."

Reaching the door, Skoll got off of Y/n's back, looking up at him as her face grew a bit nervous, almost reconsidering things as she thought over what lay behind that door. Behind that door was her sister, behind that door was another woman her sister apparently called mother, and behind that door was also what she wanted, or rather who she wanted to see, her sister.
