Chapter 11

Adrien's POV

Fencing practice went normally as it should after about 2 hours we were done for the day and I was finally about to go home and relax for a bit. As I was in the locker room I was just relaxing a bit before the Gorilla came to pick me up.

"Hey Adrien, you seemed a bit distracted are you alright?" Kagami came over to me

"Yeah actually I'm more than ok I'm awesome it's just I'm thinking a bit you know?" I didn't want to tell her I was with Marinette now because Kagami gets a bit jealous, but I recently heard she was getting closer to Luka lately.

"Actually Adrien could I ask for your advice?" I nodded as she sat next to me "Well I really like this guy and I want to be more than friends with him, but I'm not sure if he feels the same way plus you know how my mother feels about boys that aren't rich or whatever"

I knew exactly what she was talking about and I really wanted to help her. I just didn't really know how but I would try my best. My relationship with Kagami may not have been what I thought it was but she's still a good friend of mine.

So I'm going to take a risk and tell her about Marinette

"Well, I didn't realize I had feelings for Marinette till I started hanging out with her more, but on my birthday I finally realize she's important to me. I know if I loose her she'll take a part of me with her. I don't know where these feelings came from or how long I've had them but they're so strong they must have been there for a lot longer then I thought. I say take a chance Kagami"

She looked at me with wide eyes I could tell she was shocked since we did in fact have a relationship the only thing I regret is hurting her the way I did "Ok Adrien I'll do it. I'll take a chance" Just then she stood up quick and ran out of the school.

I laughed glad that I was able to actually help a good friend of mine. I walked out of school waiting outside for my driver, looking through my phone as I waited. Suddenly I felt arms go around my waist, hoping it was Marinette I turned around seeing the beautiful smile of my amazing girlfriend.

"Hello my gorgeous princess" I said wrapping my arms around her waist kissing her forehead and leaning her

"You know now that I think about it I have another friend who calls me that" she said

I instantly tensed up forgetting that I also call her that as Chat Noir " Oh really? Who is this friend?" I asked already knowing the answer, but wondering if she'll actually tell me.

"Oh just a special kitty friend of mine not sure if you know him" she said in a teasing tone. I wonder if she likes Chat Noir, maybe.

"So what's my amazing girlfriend doing here? Trying to give me a nice surprise before I go back to my prison cell?" I laughed at my joke and she smiled but I can tell she could sense the truth in my joke.

"Well I thought I would accompany Luka on a walk but as soon as he saw Kagami he kinda ran away and took out his guitar. Something about he had something important to tell her, but seeing you is a complete bonus" She leaned her head on my chest

"Mari I really love you...so much more than I thought I would, I honestly don't know what I would do if I lost you. I know it sounds crazy, but for some reason I feel very protective over you" she looked up at me but before she could say anything we heard my bodyguard honk indicating he was waiting for me.

Marinette and I looked up and we saw my bodyguard and my father? I wonder why he was here I hugged Marinette one more time giving her a kiss on the cheek. I pulled away but she grabbed my hand and kissed my cheek "I'll miss you" she said. I smiled and had a thought.

"Here" I said as I pulled out a sweater that I rarely use but thought she could use it as it was slightly chilly and looked like it would rain soon.

I didn't care if my father said something as long as Marinette was comfortable and happy.

"Look at you it's like I have my own private superhero" she pulled my jacket on and zipped it up pulling the hoodie on. I laughed slightly leaning in and giving her one last kiss and walked away waving goodbye.

Once I got into the car I looked over and saw Marinette waving goodbye as we drove away. I leaned back smiling to myself, huggingthe jacket she made for me close. I could see my father looking at me from my peripheral

"So I'm assuming Ms. Dupain-Cheng is very important if you're showing that much affection in public" he said still looking forward

"Yes, father she's my girlfriend and I really love her" I said still looking out the window with a lovesick smile on my face

"Well I would appreciate you tone down on the affection in public you still represent to the Gabriel Agreste brand, understand Adrien?" he really didn't care about me at all that's how it felt a lot of the time

"Father, I love Marinette. I thought you would approved of her?" I was confused he said we had his approval but yet it seems like he doesn't since it sounds like he wants me to treat Marinette as a friend

"To be completely honest Adrien I already know Ms. Dupain-Cheng is just a phase and you'll quickly grow out of her"

"But I love her" I could feel tears at the corner of my eyes I have a strong feeling of what he'll say next

"I'm only allowing this 'relationship' until you finish high school then you will get together with Ms. Rossi so I suggest you not to too attached" I knew it he didn't approve of my relationship he never approves of anything I do

"Father I don't even like Lila please reconsider doesn't my happiness mean anything?" this conversation continued until we got home until finally he got fed up with my arguing

"ENOUGH!! I will not tolerate this inappropriate behavior. As long as you live under my roof you will do as I say and follow my rules and considering I'm the only family you have left I suggest you do not get my bad side is that understood" he then went into his office

"MOTHER WANTED ME TO GIVE HER RING TO THE WOMAN I LOVE AND THAT WOMAN IS

MARINETTE!" I yelled back and ran into my room. I jumped onto my bed and cried into the pillow

"Kid are you ok?" Plagg asked

"Plagg is it ok if I transform and pay someone a visit?" I asked hoping he would allow this for me

"Yeah of course, who are we visiting?" he asked and he seemed concerned and curious at the same time

"You'll see, don't worry. Plagg transform me"

Once I transformed I ran outside and went to Marinette's as quickly as I could. I needed someone to talk to and Marinette is the only person I trust the most at the moment and I needed to see her especially after that argument

I need her, but I need her as Adrien so I'll go there as Chat but knock on her door as Adrien. Marinette would understand she always does.
