Chapter 19

Adrien's POV

During school Alya wouldn't leave Marinette or I alone and Felix even waned to know what happened with us last night, but as amazing as last night was with Marinette, I really wanted to talk to her about this Chat Blanc character.
As we walked back to her house I grabbed her hand and pulled her back slightly
"Mari I want to promise you something" I said as I turned her around to face me and comb my hand through her hair "I will make sure to never become Chat Blanc, I will never allow negative emotions to consume me and if I do then please do everything to save me"
She agreed and kissed my cheek. We then continued walking back to her house to open the bakery and wait for Alya to come and help us out.
~2 weeks later~
Hanging out with Marinette for a whole week was amazing I loved it so much and I'll tell you this Felix had only given me 3 condoms and I used ALL of them successfully. I helped Marinette clean up the day before her parents came home and made my way back home to the photo shoots and piano lessons.
It was just a normal day playing a duet with Felix in my room when my phone went off. I picked it up and looked at the contact and saw it was Marinette calling.
"Hello?" I said into the phone pulling it away and putting it on speaker as I helped Felix jot down some notes on the sheet music we each had.
"Adrien I need to talk to you...it's kinda important" she sounded scared and it concerned me and Felix looked at me confused "Mari what is it?" I asked scared and nervous about whats going on
"Adrien...do you remember if we used anything our first time? Or any time?" that was a weird question. I do remember that we used all 3 condoms but I'm not completely sure Felix wants sex details
looked over at my brother and he waved me off signaling he didn't really care but he was curious if Mari
was ok "I remember we had 3 condoms and we used them all" I said and Felix looked at me as if I was crazy
'What?' I mouthed at him 'You need to chill' he mouthed back and shook his laughing slightly
"Ok yeah we used 3 of them but we had sex more than 3 times" once she said that I dropped all the sheet music I had in my hand along with the pencil I had in my hands.
Marinette was right, we did have sex more than 3 times which means one of the times I didn't used a condom. "Oh ok...wow um sorry I just-" she quickly cut me off "Do you remember which time we didn't use one?"
I grabbed my phone and took her off speaker and ran into the bathroom I could hear Felix yell my name "Ok Mari I'm sorry I don't remember which time we didn't use anything but I remember the last time I definitely used one I can promise you that" I said
I could feel my heart racing I felt like a panic attack was coming I saw Plagg fly in he must've phased through the door "You know kid it doesn't matter if you used protection or not right?" I looked at him like he was crazy
"Plagg of course it matters if we used protection or not" I said looking at him as if he was crazy
"No kid it doesn't you are the holder of the miraculous of destruction which means you destroy any contraception you even try to use" my eyes widened once he said that and I dropped my phone I could hear Mari calling my name through the phone
Felix opened the door once I moved away from it and he went to pick up my phone "Hello? Marinette? Yeah he's here...He looks like he's starting to panic, whats going on? Ok give me a second" He pushed a button and I could hear Marinette's sweet voice once again
"Adrien calm down for a second and tell me what Plagg said you know they can't be recorded" I tried to calm down my breathing "Plagg said that no matter what type of contraception we use because I'm the holder of the miraculous of destruction I destroy anything we use to try and not get pregnant"
"I'm coming over" once she said that she hung up and Felix stood me up and brought me to my bed and got me a water bottle from the mini fridge I had
"Plagg why didn't you say any of this earlier?" I asked still slightly breathless

"You know it doesn't help that Pigtails is the holder of the miraculous of creation that makes her extra fertile so if you two have kittens I say we wing it" once he said that I kind of snapped
"WE CANT WING IT! IF I'M TO BE A FATHER I CANT WING IT! MARINETTE IS ONLY 15-"
"She'll be 16 in a month" Felix interrupted me "So you'll be the same age soon"
"DO YOU THINK THAT'LL MATTER! HER FATHER IS GOING TO KILL ME! HELL FATHER IS GOING
TO KILL ME FOR 'NOT BEING RESPONSIBLE' WELL GUESS WHAT I WAS OR AT LEAST I TRIED TO
BE BUT MY DAMN MIRACULOUS CAUSES ME TO BURST THROUGH CONDOMS NO MATTER
WHAT" once I finished screaming I felt myself calm down slightly
"Look Adrien you always knew that this was a possibility no matter what ok? It would've happened at some point" Felix wrapped his arm around my shoulders and Plagg came into view
"Yeah and hey kid it's not guaranteed ok I'm just saying its likely alright?" I could tell they were just trying to calm me down and it helped a bit then we all heard the doorbell ring
Soon we heard Nathalie and Marinette outside the bedroom door and I went to open the door to let Marinette into my room
"Ok so Tikki explained it was a possibility but I think we should check now just incase" she pulled an at home pregnancy test from her purse as Tikki flew out and joined Plagg up stairs
"Ok I trust you always" she nodded and went to my bathroom while Felix and I stayed in my room siting on my bed waiting for Marinette to come out and determine our possible future
"So if she's pregnant will you be happy?" Felix asked while playing with his fingers awkwardly
"Yeah I'll be happy, I just I don't want her to stay with me out of obligation you know? I love her and I'll do anything for her but I don't want her to be with me because I got her pregnant"
I felt guilty I loved her that was obvious I made it clear enough but I wanted her to have a good life I would marry her on the spot if I could I just I want to know how Marinette feels about this situation first before I do anything rash
We waited about 10 minutes and Marinette came out of the bathroom crying but I couldn't tell if she was happy or not but I went over to her and hugged her
"Marinette I love you so much and I want kids with you and I know you'll be an amazing mother I'll always be there ok I won't leave" I told her but I noticed she was still crying so I pulled back and looked at the test and noticed it was negative
"I'm sorry Adrien" we knew this was a possibility of her not being pregnant I remember Marinette's mom saying it took a while before she finally got pregnant with Marinette so I assumed that it might've been difficult for Marinette as well
"Wait Marinette you wanted to get pregnant?" I asked and she nodded "Yes I was mainly nervous because I didn't know how to tell you. Once I realized my period was late I was so excited because of the possibility of me being pregnant with a child I created with the love of my life was too good to be true and after hearing that you wanted kids too made it perfect" I laughed slightly
"You know Marinette we can always try again later?" I pulled her into a hug as she laughed with me
"I would also wait and try again later Marinette because apparently you two had quite the week together" Felix said laughing at the two of us "Oh I love that I have a smart brother" I said as I pulled him into a hug with Marinette and I
"Also Mari I wouldn't hurry to get pregnant yet" Felix said and we both looked at him confused "Why?" she responded "Because Adrien and I are twins if you're 'lucky' you could have twins you know" he said causing both him and I to laugh at his joke but we looked over to Marinette and she looked terrified which caused us to laugh more.
"Oh Marinette you are going to be the best sister in law ever" Felix said hugging her slightly as she laughed and I looked over at my amazing brother and girlfriend not fully understanding how lucky I truly was.
