Chapter 31

 Adrien's POV

I kept throwing punch after punch while Viperion held back Lila and Ryuko went over to help Rena. Both Rena and Multimouse along with Ryuko now went to round up the akumatized victims into one area so they wouldn't cause so much destruction.

All while tying to find out where Antibug and Chat Blanc. Ladybug was helping me out with fighting Hawkmoth we kept blocking every hit he threw at us.

Just then Antibug came in grabbing Ladybug throwing her back "Hey!" I yelled going after her but Antibug came at me grabbing my hands, making it so I couldn't move much. Meanwhile Chat Blanc went over and grabbed Ladybug. "Don't you dare touch her! I'll kill you!" I yelled trying to get out of Antibugs hold

Chat Blanc picked her up and held her against him while she tried to get out of his hold. Chat Blanc soon summoned a Cataclysm "Now I wonder if I use a cataclysm on just the baby will it kill her as well or the baby only?" I kept trying to get out of Antibugs hold while Hawkmoth stood to side marveling at his evil and murderous sentimonsters

"Don't you have any sense of humanity Hawkmoth? She's pregnant! With my child and you're willing to sacrifice my family for what?!" I yelled as tears began to fill my eyes "Please I love her more than anything in the world just kill me instead. Let her and my baby live please!" I fell to my knees. Looking over I saw Ladybug's eyes tearing up.

Chat Blanc was about to use his Cataclysm on Ladybug when Ryuko kicked him making he fall down hitting bar after bar of the tower "No Chat!" Antibug yelled and let me go and ran after him before he hit the ground. Ladybug soon lifted herself off the ground and ran over to Hawkmoth.

Hawkmoth kick Ladybug in the stomach knocking her back. I saw a flash of green but ignored it and ran toward Hawkmoth. Just when I got close enough I felt him punch me sending me back next to her knocking her back down as she was starting to get up

"Merging your miraculous I'm granted one wish" he said walking close to Ladybug and I. I stood in front of her protecting her form any attack he may throw at us.

"Yes but there is a terrible price to pay in exchange of that wish" Ladybug said trying to reason with him that what he's doing is wrong. "What do you even want to wish for anyway? You said it yourself you've got nothing to loose"

Hawkmoth took a step back and then answered her question "I want to wish for my wife. She was the original owner of the Peacock miraculous and not long after fell into a coma because of the damage from the miraculous. My two sons lost their mother and I lost the love of my life. I want to bring her back" His story sounded familiar to mine but that's impossible.

It can't be.

No please.

Let this be a nightmare.

Wake me up. NOW!

I looked over at my brother who had just came back from gathering the akumatized victims. He had the same look on his face as I did. At the same time we both said what we were thinking

"Father?" Felix and I said looking at Hawkmoth in shock could it be possible that our own father was trying to bring back our mother?

"What did you call me?" Hawkmoth said Multimouse ran over to Ladybug and I helping us up.

"Father is that you? Are you really trying to bring back mother?" I asked while Multimouse went over to check on Ladybug

"Adrien? Felix? Is that you?" he asked. I knew he couldn't tell us apart and with the mask it was probably a lot harder. "It's me Adrien and that's Felix" I said pointing to each of us so he knew "Father you can't bring mother back even if we give you the miraculous" I said trying to reason with him
