Chapter 9

ROSELYN'S POV

I groaned when I landed at the ground but I smiled and my squad mate helped me to get up "You good?" he asked as he pulled me up "Yes haha let's practice more" He nodded "Dancing flowers! here I come!" I let out beautiful flowers and it dances in the air beautifully "Wow" he looks mesmerized by it but then the stems become longer and it wraps around him, I tied him using it and I twirl around and teleports behind him, I pointed the knife on his neck, he gasped and smiles at me then I let him go and deactivates my spell on him "That's amazing!" the others clap their hands, Chrimary walks in the middle she spins here spear and smiles on me, I smile back and we proceed at throwing attacks.

I wasn't expecting she would use strong magic on me! almost burning my face that even my colleagues reacts but I used my magic to create a barrier! I can see in her eyes the intention of killing me, she kicked me and I used my barrier to counter her attack then I teleported at her back and kicked her so hard! "If you have a problem with me talk with me! or are you that cowardly to take my words that's why you keep on trying to kill me?" I stepped on her back, she groaned and grabbed her spear She swayed it and I jumped to avoid her flaming spear! she charged towards and like what I did before I swiftly dodged it and grabbed her neck before I dunked her to the ground "Peasant! you filthy little brat! you Don't have a right to touch me!" she keeps trying to remove my hand on her neck but I tighten my grip on her "Y-you trying to seduce the Captain for you to be part of Silva, right? hah! too bad for you because you will never be accepted to their house!" she insulted me but I smiled, I saw her eyes widened and she stopped moving, I stabbed her spear right beside her face and she gasped "So that's where you are coming from? all this time you have been overthinking things?" I chuckled softly and let her go then I went away from her.

When I turned to check my squad mates I saw Nozel there, he had the stern look on his face and it seems like he is not happy from what happened, I bowed my head to him and I walked away.

"Peasant? am I really that poor? what's wrong with that?" I asked myself, I was laying on the grass while I was using both of my arms as a pillow "Oy" I got up and saw Solid "Ah here we go again" I sigh and stood "What is it you want?" he is glaring at me then all of sudden he puts out his grimoire! I backed away with a surprise on my face, he gave me a menacing smile "Perhaps, I should teach you a lesson because you are forgetting your place!" he let out a water dragon but I shielded myself using my barrier "Stop it!" he laughed like a mad man "You're like a leech who keeps sticking at my brother's back!" I frowned and pushed his dragon, I used spatial magic to teleport at his back.

SOLID'S POV

I got goosebumps when I felt a sudden coldness from my back, I was about to turn around but then the last thing I saw was her cold eyes before she kicked me so hard at the side of my head! I fell to the ground but I immediately faced her, she kicked me but I blocked it "Seems like we're going to fight physically here huh" I kicked her but she managed to dodge it "You asked for it!" I smirked, I grabbed her arms but she twirled and elbowed me at my stomach I groaned, I was surprised when she was about to smash me with her foot so I moved away! "What? you're really planning to kill me huh?" I was stunned a little because of that "No, if I did then probably you already breathless a few seconds ago" I smirked "Really? are you that strong huh?" I'm still dodging her foot and when I got a chance I pulled her hair! "Ah!" she groaned but I wasn't expecting she would grab my hair too! "Hey let me go you filthy peasant!" She pulled my hair harder "Damn you! not the hair!" I complained again "Let me go first!" she said, I pressed my lips into a thin line and tightened my grip on her hair "No!" my voice is stern, I wasn't expecting she would slide my foot because of that I fell and since we're standing close to a slope, I fell downward but I dragged her along with me! I gasped when she hugged me protecting my head.

ROSELYN'S POV

We keep rolling and rolling down! My eyes widened in surprise when I saw a broken tree with sharp edges in front of us! I used my dark magic to destroy it! I hugged him tightly and my back hit a huge rock "Ah! damn it!" I cussed, we stopped rolling and I looked at him his eyes still widened he is right on my chest! so I pushed him away and stood, I heard him groaned before he stood and brushed his clothes "Did you just-" I glared at him "Shut up! you did not see anything!" I looked up to where we came from "That's quite high thank goodness it's not a cliff!" he hit me "It's your fault! why did you slide my foot!?" I glare at him while holding the back of my head "Your fault! you attacked me first you idiot!" he gasped "what did you just call me!? you peasant!" he was about to hit me but he stopped and cleared his throat "You saved me so I'll forgive you this once!" I stuck my nose up and looked away "Come on we must teleport" I heard him hissed "I can climb here on my own!" he starts climbing the slope where we have fallen.

My knees are hurting and we are both catching our breath while climbing "Oy why Don't you just teleport on your own!?" he asked, I glared at him "Then what!? leave you alone here and let you die!? why are you so proud and can't just accept my offer?" he shook his head still trying to go up "No! I can do it!" I frowned and put my hands on my waist "Look we're not even moving!" he stops moving and stares at me for awhile "Okay! okay! I'm giving up! come on teleport us!" I held his shoulder and I teleported us back to the field.

He looked around and checked his body "Oh" he looked at me while frowning then he looked away "Hmm I guess I owe you a thank you? whatever! you are still a peasant!" he turned around but he did not move "Ah! thank you!" he walked away and I tilted my head "Did he just say thank you?" I chuckled while watching him walking away.

NOZEL'S POV

I frowned upon hearing someone groaning and throwing a fit on the garden! "Damn! Damn peasant!" I saw Solid kicking some pots there and stomping his foot then he sat on the ground and held his head with his both hands "Nozel" I looked beside me,  I saw Chrimary looking at me while smiling and both her arms are on her back "What?" I asked coldly then she walked closely to me and poke my chest "Who told you you can do that?" she gasped "Come on, you know why I'm here right" I frowned "I'm still your Captain so know your place!" she gasped and I walked past by her.

CHRIMARY'S POV

I was about to go to my room but I stopped on Roselyn's room and I saw it was unlocked so I opened it and went inside, that peasant sure has a lot of things.

I walked towards her drawer and dropped my bracelet on there but then I've noticed another bracelet, it has black beads on it and zicron stone being held by silver vines I took it.

ROSELYN'S POV

I gasped and looked on my wrist...No! I looked back on the headquarters and ran back.

I went to my room and I opened my drawer, I held my head as I felt my Dark power consuming me.
