Chapter 10

NOZEL'S POV

"I can't find it anywhere!" she was complaining about her bracelet that I gifted to her on her 14th birthday "Maybe you dropped it while on training?" Nebra asked "No! for sure that peasant stole it!" I frowned and was about to say something when suddenly Roselyn appeared behind her "Roselyn" she was looking down, Chrimary turned around and moved away a little to Roselyn "Is this what you are looking for?" Roselyn raised her hand with the bracelet and at the same time she looked at Chrimary "Yes I know you stole it! thief!" Chrimary grabbed it, those eyes I gasped "Roselyn-" before I could even react she grabbed Chrimary's neck! "Where is it!? give it back!" Nebra was stunned too! the markings appeared on Roselyn's arms as she was choking Chrismary "Roselyn! stop it!" I approached her but she glared at me, I stopped and put out my gremoire "Help..." Chrimary raised her hand but Roselyn pinned it to the wall! "Brother stop her!" Nebra said, Roselyn slapped Chrimary "Give it back! now!" Her voice echoed to the whole room and I was surprised when my gremoire lost it's light, what's this? "Here" Chrimary put out a bracelet with black beads the stone pendant of it shinning Roselyn took it and wore it, she let go Chrimary who kneeled on the floor then she held her head with both of her hands while trembling before she fell kneeling on the floor, she looked back to Chrimary and stood then she slapped her "You're crazy why did you do that!?" her voice is shaking and I think she's crying! "You bastard crazy! how could you!?" She looked back at me and Nebra who was still stunned, her eyes were full of tears "I'm sorry!" she kneeled down and she's crying....I approached her but Nebra held my arm "Brother! she nullified our magic do you think it's safe to approach her?"  I looked back on her and I saw fear on her eyes but I gently removed her hand and approached Roselyn.

I kneeled in front of her "Roselyn" I hesitated to touch her because of her magic "What happened?" I asked in a gentle voice, and she looked up at me "My dark magic consumes me because this bracelet got on someone else's hand" her voice is low as she looked at her bracelet "How did you know it was her who stole it?" she wiped her tears with her sleeves "Because I saw her bracelet in my drawer! she probably dropped it when she stole this" I glare at Chrimary who is still crying at the corner, I looked back on Roselyn and I held her hand "You have to rest, your hands are cold" she nodded and I helped her to get up "Nebra helped her to get on her room" I heard Nebra gasped but after awhile she approached Roselyn "C-come on" I offers Roselyn's hands to her "Hold her and make sure you won't do anything bad" She frown as she held Roselyn's hand but Roselyn held me with her other hand, I squeeze it and smiles a little to her before Nebra assisted her to walked out of this room.

I sat on front of Chrimary, I noticed the hand marking on her neck " what have you done? why did you do that?" she shook her head, I stood and looked down on her coldly "You deserve a punishment! from now on, you're not allowed to use your magic until I said so! and you have to clean the dinning room right after dinner, lunch or even breakfast do I making myself clear!?" she nodded and I left her alone.

ROSELYN'S POV

I fell twice but Nebra was able to catch me "Damn it girl!" she cussed, my head is spinning wildly "I'm sorry" I uttered "You should be! you scared the hell out of me!" she held me tightly but we stopped and I feel Nozel's presence behind us, after awhile I felt his arm around my shoulder "Come on" He held me tightly as he assisted me towards my room.

SOLID'S POV

I remained silent standing here at the garden, the waved of Dark magic I felt earlier is not a joke even it's from inside I felt it here! "What's that? was that from Roselyn?" I frowned but why?

ROSELYN'S POV

We sat on my bed and he caress my back "It's okay now" I shake my head "No! I almost killed someone! I just threw a rampage! what if she loses the bracelet? who will stop me? I can't even stop myself!" I put both of my hands on my face as I burst into fresh tears "Shh it's her fault that's why you hurt her!" He leaned me on his chest and hug me "Don't cry, everything is okay now" I held the front of his uniform and cried so hard! I can't believe it! after a very long time I will throw a rampage again.

NOZEL'S POV

She fell asleep and I fixed her to bed and put the blanket on her, I sighed then I looked at her bracelet... it's glowing I closed my eyes, it was hypnotizing me! if I am weak I am probably going to take it, I cleared my throat then I stood and went out.

I was surprised when Solid was outside of Roselyn's room, he got startled like a thief caught on act but then he cleared his throat "What happened?" I sighed "She fell asleep" He nodded "It was her, right?" I frowned "Speak clearly" the corner of his lips raised "I felt it even from the garden, where are you guys located that time?" I gasped "Are you serious?" he nodded and again his face became confused "She's a dark magic user, Do you know that? why did you kept it from us? you should have at least warn me and Nebra about her" his face because serious, I Don't know what to say but I looked at him directly on the eyes "Don't you ever spread this information to anyone" He nodded "Alright besides, the more I know things about her the more I'm becoming interested on her" I held the front of his cape but he smiled on me "What's wrong? you're getting married anyway" I feel the urge to slapped him but then I stopped myself  "I'm afraid that if they found out about her magic they start to get interested on her too, which is will be hard for me" He continued, I squint my eyes on him "Are you challenging me!?" my voice is stern but he remains unbothered "Now everything is clear for me, brother" he held my hand that's holding his cape "You two are in relationship" I let out deep breath and pushes him, I left him I can't believe he can do that!

SOLID'S POV

I laughed he can't hurt me because I'm telling the truth! I looked on Roselyn's room the door was close, I was about to open it but I stopped myself and took a deep breath before I turned around and left.

Dinner time, we saw her coming I smiled at her and I got up from my seat, she looked at me as I stood on front of her "How do you feel? you look pale, peasant" her lips parted "I'm okay now" I nodded and she walks towards the dinning table, she smiled to everyone as they asked her how is she and some are even touching her forehead checking her temperature.

NOZEL'S POV

I saw Solid smiling as Roselyn relying stories about how she survives at the forest, I rolled my eyes on him and I finished my dinner.

After dinner, I looked for Roselyn and I saw her talking with some of her squadmates, I signaled them to go and the said good bye to Roselyn she looked back on me "I see you're okay now" She nodded "come with me" She followed me as I turned around.

I brought her to my room and I removed her cloak then I hugged her tightly "It's been a long day for us, please let's take a rest" She nodded and hugged me too.

I cuddled with her "Roselyn, if you woke up before me please Don't go anywhere just stay here beside me" I Don't want her to go and greet the others Good Morning before me "I got it and no worries I'll stay here as long as you want" I kissed her lips and held her hands before I closed my eyes, I felt her brushing my hair then she gently pull me close to her chest and keeps caressing my hair, I smiled it's so comfortable here the genuine feeling I'm feeling from her giving me peace.
