Chapter 16

ROSELYN'S POV

In the morning, I decided to go outside "Aren't you going to congratulate me?" Chrimary crossed her arms in front of me "Ah yeah sorry I forgot!" I laughed a little before I smiled at her "Congratulations!" I bowed my head on her before I turned around to avoid her "Was that it?" I faced her again and smiled "What else do you want? ah!" I snapped my finger and smiled brightly "Congratulations for your upcoming wedding Chrimary! I wish you all the best in life!" she frowned but I kept my smile before I turned around and left.

I was walking outside with Solid "So, do you have plan for today?" he asked "Well I'll be meeting Asta and the other Black Bulls later, why?" he pressed his lips into thin line "Uh I was planning to go around the town, you know I want to see the life outside" I nodded "How about you come with me?" he shake his head "I just want a time with you" I nodded "I see, if you want we can do it tonight! there's so many good place at night" He smiled "That would be great!" I smiled at him.

"Asta!" I ran towards Asta and hugged him tightly, behind him was Captain Yami and the rest of the Squad "Hey Roselyn we heard what happened" I smiled a little "It already happened there's nothing I can do" Yami shook his head "There's a lot of things you can do, show him what he wasted! date some hot guys out there!" I chuckled at Captain Yami's suggestion "I'm really sorry you have to go through this but have you talk with my brother already?" Noelle asked, I sigh "Hmm seems like it's not, that's alright! take all the time you needed!" I nodded and I looked around, I noticed people were kind of busy and lots of beautiful lanterns are being prepare "Is there a celebration?" Finral approach me "You see, tonight will be the appearance of Pink moon! everyone was waiting for it because it's once in a life time event" I nodded "That's why we asked you if you can join us today! we want you to enjoy this festival this morning because later at night it will be crowded" I smiled at them.

NOZEL'S POV

I was rounding around the town making sure that the festival will work well, I stopped at a shop that sells a moon shaped key chain, it was a beautiful crystal pink moon with some beads that serve as the tail of it, I purchased one and I continue to walk.

I saw Roselyn enjoying with her friends "You should talk with her" Fuegoleon nagged me but I frown at him "I Don't want to ruin her day" I heard him clicked his tongue and sigh "You should explain yourself" I shook my head and I continue to walk.

She looked at me when I approached them "Good Day" I greeted her she bowed her head slightly "Good day Captain" I looked at Yami who's glaring at me "Make sure you will be back on the headquarters before sun down" she nodded and I left.

ROSELYN'S POV

I watched him as he walked away "Nobles" I heard Captain Yami say "Yeah" I said unconsciously.

I bought a beautiful key chain, it's in the shape of a pink crystal moon I will give it to him.

Afternoon they brought me back to the headquarters and waved goodbye to me.

I sneak into his room, I know he is not around so I put the key chain on his mirror, I looked around as I remembered the time we spent here then my tears started to fall from my eyes and that's when I decided to go.

I went to my room and fixed my things "Roselyn?" I opened the door and I saw Solid He had something on his hand "Hmm?" he smiled at me "Uhm you see, there will be a celebration later I hope you can wear this" he offered the things he had I took it with curiosity on my face "What's this?" I asked "It's a kimono" I gasped, again another memory came to my head and it's the time I danced with him on the village I was wearing kimono that time, I snapped back to reality and I smiled at him "Yes sure!" he smiles brightly "Okay uh I'll be going now, see you later!" I waved goodbye to him before he left.

I checked the kimono and my eyes widened in surprise! it was so beautiful! it's a silver white kimono and there are some hair pins here! "Wow!" I said then I smiled.

After the dinner, I went back to my room Nozel allowed us to go outside but he mentioned we still need to be alert.

I gasped when I saw the key chain I gave to him was here, I feel devastated "He doesn't want it?" or maybe he figured out it was from me.

NOZEL'S POV

I gasped when I saw on my mirror the key chain I gave to her, I frowned and held it to my hand maybe she's that mad at me and can't accept even the smallest gift from me, but how did she know it's from me?

ROSELYN'S POV

I was combing my hair as a final touch and I put a little lipstick on my lips before I heard a knock on my door "Oh come in!" I said, the door opens and I saw Solid he smiled at me he is also wearing a Silver white Kimono! I smiled at him "Wow you look handsome!" he laughed "As always!" I raised my eyebrow while smiling then I turned back to the mirror and continued to fix myself, he stood behind me and smiled "You look beautiful too, Roselyn I bet a lot of men will look at you and feel envy at me tonight!" he laughed again and I smiled "Thanks" he gently grabbed my shoulder and squeezed it "I'll wait for you outside" I nodded before he walked towards the door and went out.

NOZEL'S POV

I saw Solid standing outside, I Don't have a plan of going outside but Chrimary asked me, her arm are wrapped on my arm "Look it's Solid!" she pointed "Solid, are you waiting for someone?" she asked, he turned to us and smiled "Yes, oh I Don't know that the two of you are heading to the Capital too" Chrimary chuckles and leaned her head on my arm "Sorry for keeping you wait" I gasped when I saw Roselyn, she approached Solid and they both wearing the same color of kimono....It feels like a slow motion when she looks at me, she's really a beauty... but then I felt the heavy feeling on my heart, the longing I have for her is growing and the same as the jealousy I have for Solid.

As we walked around the town, I can see how happy she is "Look Roselyn!" Solid pointed a game wherein you have to hit the target with your magic for you to get a prize "I want that too Nozel!" Chrimary pointed it as we saw Solid and Roselyn walk towards it, we walk towards them "Woah yeah!!" Roselyn clapped her hands when Solid was able to hit the target the prize is a stuffed bear he gave it to Roselyn "Thank you!" she's like a kid "Can you get one for me too?" Chrimary asked, I feel bitter and I looked away "No, stop being childish" I said coldly before I walked away.

ROSELYN'S POV

Chrimary followed him and wrap her arm on his, she's wearing a white kimono with orange lining on it while Nozel was wearing a blue one with fur around it's neck down to the chest "Are you alright?" I looked on Solid and I can see concern on his eyes, maybe he saw me staring at the two "Yes" he smiled at me and pat my head "Come on, let's find a place where we can watch the moon together" I nodded but I was surprised when he held my hand.

3RD PERSON'S POV

Solid and Roselyn found a good spot to watch the moon, there's only few people on their spot which is close to the port, while Nozel chooses to stay at the second floor balcony of a restaurant, he look on the moon while grabbing the key chain he have while Roselyn did the same thing on the other hand, her eyes suddenly filled with tears so she close it and looked up to the moon, she felt Solid's arm snaked around her shoulder and she smiled on him... As the beautiful pink moon shines magically at the night sky.

Truly, the moon is really magical.
