Didn't really knew it was Shu's Birthday but, oh well, make two oneshots on Shu's Birthday and besides I'm not good at remembering people's birthdays very well. That was supposed to be a video but... hmm. By the way, if you guys watch Tiktok and type top 8 Beyblade burst characters Shu is at the top as he should be, I wanted to put it in the story but alas it was too big. Damn you Wattpad...

Today was Shu Kurenai's birthday. He doesn't really celebrate it very often as his parents were very busy people and spent time at their work, only Valt, Y/N and his friends celebrate his birthday. But today, Shu wanted a quiet birthday with his girlfriend Y/N L/N. She is a [your personality] person. She wanted Shu's birthday to be special but she complied with Shu's wishes. Valt and the other did say 'Happy Birthday' to him. Not until she came upon him...

Y/N: "Hey Shu."

Shu: "Yeah, what's up?"

Y/N: "Since I really can't get you something for your birthday. How about a Bey Battle?"

Shu: "With who?"

Y/N grabbed the TV remote.

Y/N: "Against this kid. He's a rookie but pretty powerful."

Y/N and Shu were watching a battle with the Dark Prince, Bel Daizora and Lui Shirosagi at the Raging Bull Training Room. Shu was flabbergasted at Bel's Bey. Shu looked surprised he looked over at Y/N, who smiled.

Y/N: "This kid got pretty popular. I came across him when I watched a video of Valt batteling against this Dark Prince, as he calls himself that. Then I heard he was going to battle Lui and I thought you might be interested in battling him too. You could say this is my birthday gift to you."

Shu chuckled and walked towards his girlfriend and wrapped an arm around her and gave a thank you kiss. He pulled away and smiled as her cheeks were painted pink.

Shu: "Thanks for that. I appreciate your thoughtfulness. He is interesting so I might as well see for myself how that Bey works."

Y/N: "But first you need to upgrade your Bey."

Shu nodded and they both left the training room and started to evolve Spryzen. If Shu was going to challenge Bel Spryzen needs a new upgrade.

Shu and Y/N were back in Japan and were both standing in front of a stunned Bel at an old castle near the sea where a Bey Stadium was. Shu showed his Astral Spryzen and Bel examined it.

Y/N: "Now, shall we get on with the battle."

Both of the Bladers nodded. Y/N smiled and walked into the middle of the stadium and stuck her hand out. The two Bladers got in position. As things were about to start Y/N noticed a red cat helmet was poking out at the top of the tower behind Shu and a camera was pointed at them. Ilya gasped
and peeked over at her camera as Y/N smiled at her and focused back on the battle.

Y/N: "Ready... Set!"

Shu and Y/N walked away from the Bey Stadium. Shu was glad to battle Bel but was disappointed that he lost but should have expected it. The two went to grab a Taxi and stay over at Shu's old apartment and visit Valt tomorrow. During the ride, Shu was spaced out on the way while holding his hand with Y/N's.

Y/N: "Are you upset?"

Shu didn't answer but let out a huff and turned to Y/N with a smile.

Shu: "No. But, what I experienced today was the best gift I have ever received. Even tho I lost it was pretty fun. Thank you, Y/N."

Y/N smiled and scooted closer to Shu and rested her head against his shoulder.

Y/N: "It's my pleasure."
