Third Person's POV

Later when they separated ways home after celebrating their win against their long time rivals Jeon Jungkook , Mingyu feelings so tipsy from drinking. He normally doesn't get drunk that easy but it was because he just used all his energy earlier this afternoon for the fight, now he doesn't feel good. And the world around him is spinning.

Eyes half closed half opened trying to straighten his steps to his bedroom but was unexpectedly interrupting by an owner of a voice on a couch that placed in front of his door.

"Where you coming from? Do you know what time is this?" The man raising his voice. "What is happen to your face?"

"Nothing."

"Did you get into a fight again? With who?! Who is it this time?" The man's face is getting redder, voices shaking due to anger. He no longer in a sitting position, fully standing with hand placing on the hips. "How many times do i need to clean up all your mess!!?"

"So what? Planning to use money to solve problems like you did all time?" Mingyu raising his voice back. "Dad, I'm not a coward like you!"

A hard punch flying to his face, causing him to fall down on the cold floor, red blood coming out of his lip. He has no more power to stand up, a headache from alcohol and a bleeding lip from the punch wasn't as painful as his heart right now. So he just lays down there.

"I am a representative. I need votes!" His father continues. "Look at yourself Kim Mingyu, all you did is to ruined my name and dragging me down."

His father walked away after finished his words by his sharp knife tongue, he walked pass his son without looking back.

Mingyu staying still like a figure, heartbeats becomes uneven, gaze keeping on the ceiling, eyes started to release its heaviness allowing tears to fall down like a waterfall but his expression remains blanked. He won the fight just to get defeated by his own father, to all the things he did to Jungkook on the ring now coming back to him. This feeling is ten times worse than to lose the match.

"You want to represent people in the country, but you're unable to treat me like a son." Mingyu mumble to himself, mocking at his life. The life that only looks great from the outside. "People are jealous with this life? So funny of them."

And for the rest of the night he laid there, on the cold floor not bothered to go in his room nor get his injure treated.

At school*

"Morning Jeonghan." Jia greetings him. It was new to her that she can be friendly to someone first. No matter who they are or where they come from if she doesn't want to talk to them nothing can change her mind.

"Nice bag Jia." It is a common thing that Jeonghan will compliment you with your outfit. It is a way of him saying hi and to make your morning.

"My most favorite out of all. I got it as a birthday gift from my only best friend back in the states." She happily explained while gently putting it down.

As she takes her seat, Jeonghan immediately noticed her necklace she's wearing . "How do you get it Jia!" He was surprised to see it, since it's a rare piece.

"I got it from an auction event. Why?"

"I was looking forward to get it for my mom but it's not available in the store."

"Really? I can help you." Jia winks at him with full of confidence, "I have my ways."

She take out her phone to call someone and Jeonghan was in awe that she can find the last available piece in just 10 minutes when it took him days to get nothing.

"Girls are crazy when it comes to shopping." He said whisper.

A loud bang suddenly catches everyone's attention, it's from a guy yesterday who Jia just found out his names is Jungkook. He came with his other 4 friends to entered their classroom, bruised from yesterday clearly seen on his face.

"Where is Kim Mingyu? Tell him to come out."  Said by one of Jungkook's friend.

"What! Why are you here?" Scoups who earlier at the back seat playing games with the boys now is already at the front.

"You are stepping into our place. Do you want to get in trouble?" Hoshi, Wonwoo, Joshua and Dk also come to stand beside Scoups.

"You piece of trash cheated yesterday! We will not accept that results."

Hearing that, Scoups right away jump to grab Jungkook's collar violently. Causing his other friends come in to help but Hoshi, Wonwoo, Joshua and Dk were fast to push them away and backup his friend. 

Jeonghan is no longer in his seat anymore, "You knew who my father is so if you still want to do this you will see what will happen."

Jeonghan's father is the principal here, he has powers to accept or kick any students out any time. Jungkook and his friends aren't dump to not know the fact that they can't do it inside school premises or else they will be kicked out.

The two teams don't say any more words but the way they're looking at each other right now are full of angers and hatred. we can almost see flames in it.

"Just a school principal can't do any much impact to us but you all aren't our target." Jungkook's friend said. "We want Mingyu, but if you protect him that much then okay. Come to meet us together after school."

Before leaving Jungkook also takes a peek at Jia's direction who now watching the scenes with an open-mouthed, too concentrated to the arguments. He beamed at her as it creates so many confusion to the others with his behaviour.

'What is wrong with this guy.' Jia asked herself. She pushed the thought aside because what shocked her the most is the fact that The Halley High school principal is Jeonghan's father. Jia feels so stupid when the moment of realisation hits that the two actually have the same surname and she never thought of that before.

'Mr Yoon. Yoon Jeonghan.'  Jia once again nodded her head after solving the quiz. 'That's means vice principal Kwon is Hoshi father too.'
