"Here is your gift birthday boy." I hand the ps5 that I promised to get for Dk to him as soon as I arrived in class. I was nervous at first as I thought he wouldn't accept the gift since he knew what I did behind their back but surprisingly his reaction was different from what i expected. He is smiling from ear to ear due to the excitement of what i got for him.
"I love this colour Jia! Great choice." Dk open his arms to give me a hug like his usual self whenever he's happy. "Did you get to eat the cake Mingyu brought you last night?"
'No I did not because who still have appetite for dessert when you got exposed like that?' It's what I want to say but I can't because no one seem to have any clues about what happened. The boys make joke and laugh together like nothing happened and I should play along with them too. Maybe Mingyu really not plan to tell anyone about this, like he said 'take it to the grave.' And I wonder why. I think my curiosity is killing me.

I texted Mingyu when no one is noticing since we're in the middle of the class. He seen my text but he doesn't reply me so I glanced at his table and seeing him looking at my directions too. So I motioning him to go outside while I ask the teacher to go to the restroom so that no one will pay attention to us.
I'm restlessly waiting for him at the playroom, I don't know what takes him so long to get here when it only takes me 20 steps from the class.
"You're early." He voiced out behind me and I recognise it as soon as I heard his footsteps.
"I thought you won't come." I smile at him and walk to lock the door just in case someone might come in. But I got chill the moment I see Mingyu's expression because he is standing still same as his face that is looking straight at me. I try my best to hide my uneasiness by walking closer to him to take a good look at the bruise on his lip. "I guess you didn't get treated last night."
Still, he doesn't respond to me and I can't read what's on his mind. I walked to the shelf and take the first aid kit that Joshua brought from his hospital last time. "Sit down, I will do it for you." And Mingyu do as I said, silently sitting on the couch and let me apply ointment for him. I know he wants to ask me so many questions and i know he knows I'm about to tell him everything too if he asks.
"Is it hurt?" I ask as I gently caress the little faded bruise on his right cheek. I assume it from last night too and something about it makes my heart heavy. Coming back to my senses I forgot I was touching his face a little too long, too long that i imagine having my lip on that soft cheeks which I know I shouldn't. Yes I'm going crazy.
"I hope you're aware of what you are doing." He blurted while playfully smirked at me.
"What I'm doing?" I raised my brows and asked.
"You want to kiss me. You're staring at it way too long it's impossible for me to not know it." He point his finger on his own lip as his eyes never breaks away from mine. "And you know what you're doing."
I am too stunned to speak and suddenly forget how to breath. I feel like I got slapped right on the face hearing him reading my thoughts like this. "So what? Don't you want to know how my lipstick taste like?" I smirked back at him trying to play cool when I don't know where I find the confidence from. "It's peach and sweet." I lean in to whisper to his wear which I clearly see it's getting so red. So red that it's hot.
"But it's o—" he immediately grabs my neck and smashed his lip with mine before i can finish my sentence. It's having me off guard as I don't expect him to kiss me so aggressive it's going to makes my lip bleeds.
But i still lets him do it even though my heart will explode any time soon and my stomach is twisting to a tight knot. I love hearing the sounds of his heart pounding fast while his lip is doing the job.
And when I give in and kiss him back I can feel him smiling through the kiss as his hands are making it ways to my back to deepen our lip together while having me sitting on his lap. It's so wrong but at the same time it feels so right we don't want to let go.
I start wondering how do we even get to this point when we were just normal friends yesterday. It's not all about the kiss it's about the tension, the heart pounding and the looks he gives me, like he's been wanting to do it for so long, I don't know how long.
After enjoying the moment for awhile I shove him a little bit from me before I ask the question that makes his expression changed. Like he just realised what he's doing. "Do you have feelings for me?"
He freezes a bit before he starts to wiped his face hard with both his palms after I got up from him. I really want to know what is on his mind right now, I can't stay still and let's anyone kiss me like that when he's not even aware of what he wants.
"I'm sorry. I think I lost my mind." He said with his worry tones while trying to hold my hands but i shove it away. "Jia please."
"Please what Mingyu? Please forget it or please forgive you?" My voice is stern I think he got chills. "Do you think I let you kiss me just for you to say sorry after that?"
"But I have a girlfriend and I can't take advantage of it when she's not around Jia." He's now fully standing, facing me. I think the word Girlfriend is completely shut me up even i know it all along that this man is not alone but still. One sharp word from a soft tongue.
I nodded and look away because I have too much to say so I choose to stay silent and try to take it all in at one. Because what matter is, "Was she on your mind when you kiss me?" I'm begging you Mingyu, please. Please tell me that you're not thinking of her.
His eyes softened the moment he heard me, he wasn't expecting the question out of my mouth because it shows my insecurity that I allowed no one to know it's existed. "You were on my mind and now still." He responded and it's all that matters to me. At least the guy I kiss wasn't thinking of his girlfriend when his lip on mine.
"Then let's me pursue you." I wiped the stains of my lipstick off his lip and say one last thing. "You don't have to do anything just wait and see."
