Tommy entered his office and opened his pocket for Clementine. He had just finished lunch and he stared at the still very big pile of work with dread. Tommy made sure he closed the door and then went to sit down. Clementine did the same, but they were more enthusiastic.

"Come on, Tommy!" They said, sorting through the paperwork. "The sooner you complete this, the sooner we can leave!" They said and Tommy groaned and nodded. "I know... It's still a lot to do though..." Tommy said and Clementine laughed a bit. "We shall do it together. Now, let us start!" They said enthusiastically. Tommy smiled and picked up his pen.

They spent the rest of the afternoon and early evening working till they were on the last sheet of paper. Tommy had been alternating between the papers and his desktop, Clementine had been using magic to zoom through papers, and finally, finally, they were on the last sheet of paper.

"FINALLY!" Tommy yelled with relief and Clementine cheered. "Yes, we have done it! I told you!" They cheered. Tommy looked at the paper and frowned a bit. "What is it?" Clementine asked, looking at the paper. Tommy felt the tension rise and he started fidgeting a bit. It was another paper about the execution.

This one had a whole drawing, showing how the cage was supposed to trap the villain and make sure they couldn't escape while the crowd cheered. Usually, Tommy was all for making sure villains get what they deserve, but he got a bad feeling about this execution.

"Oh wow..." Clementine muttered. "They're really set on this, huh?" Tommy muttered and Clementine read it over again. "This... It does not feel right." Clementine said and Tommy nodded slowly. This was the final paper to sign and the execution would be final.

"How are they sure the villain will actually die?" Clementine said and Tommy shrugged. "I don't know, Clem..." He said. He was about to say something else but he heard a knock on his door. "Quick, hide!" Tommy thought as he opened a drawer and Clementine flew inside.

"May I come in? It's Phantom." Phantom said gently. Tommy cleaned his desk up a bit. "You can come in!" Tommy called but the door didn't open. Instead, Phantom phased through the door. He smiled and Tommy laughed. "Seriously?" He said and Phantom laughed. "It's fun!" Phantom said defensively and sat down in the chair in front of Tommy's desk.

"Oh wow!" Phantom said, his eyes widening at the last sheet of paper. "Y-You're done?!" Phantom said in disbelief and Tommy grinned. "What can I say, it's a talent." He said, leaning back. "Of Clementine." He added in his head and Clementine laughed. "T-Timothy, this-" Phantom said, looking through the stacks of papers.

"This is exceptional work! I-I should have you promoted! Immediately!" He said and Tommy laughed. "Well, I still need to get this last paper done with." He said and then froze. Should he ask Phantom about the execution plan?

"Yes," Clementine said and Tommy nodded mentally. "Uhm, Phantom, can I ask you something?" Tommy asked and Phantom hummed and looked at him with a smile. "Yeah, sure! What is it?" Phantom said and Tommy gulped.

"What's with all the execution papers?"
