Tubbo and Clementine screamed as the firework exploded, hitting Tommy directly. The firework burst into the colours of the L'Manburg flag, surrounding Tommy. "NO, NO, NO, NO!" Tubbo screamed, quickly searching in his pockets. Phantom froze, watching the burning-hot sparks of colour around Tommy.

Tubbo quickly pulled out a special blade and sliced through the cage rushing towards Tommy. The vines around Ranboo loosened and he ran onto the stage as Tubbo collapsed into a sitting position just as the sparks cleared.

"No, no, no!" Tubbo repeated, tears rolling down his face as he pulled Tommy's head and torso into his arms. "T-Timothy?!" Phantom said, moving back in shock as tears pooled in his eyes. "Wait, where did Timothy come from?!" Blade sputtered, taking a step back in shock. "Tommy..." Ranboo whispered in horror as a tear rolled down his face.

"Tommy, y-you i-idiot!" Tubbo choked out, cradling Tommy's head gently as he watched his best friend's face. The firework hit Tommy's side, so half of him was... horrible. His clothes were burnt badly and they were still on fire. Tubbo quickly beat the fire out and looked at Tommy's side. Tommy's skin was melted and dripping down his body. Tubbo watched in horror as a piece of the skin on his face melted off and dripped onto the floor.

"T-Tubbo?" Tommy asked, his eyes opening slightly. Or well, eye. Tubbo's eyes filled with even more tears as he tried his best to smile. "Y-Yeah?" He said, shaking slightly. "R-Remember that t-time when we were f-fourteen?" Tommy said, choking slightly. Tubbo nodded, smiling as Tommy placed his hand on his face.

"You t-took a knife for m-me. Y-You didn't even c-care about w-what happened t-to you o-or if it was p-poisoned. O-Or the possibility i-it could have t-taken y-your life." Tommy said, smiling slightly as tears pricked his eyes. "And I would do it a thousand times more." Tubbo whispered, placing his hand on Tommy's face.

"Well, w-we're even now," Tommy said with a smile before he looked up at the sky. "Tubbo, h-have I ever t-told you how m-much I l-love you?" Tommy said with a pained smile as a tear rolled down his face. Tubbo nodded as he pressed Tommy's hand to his face as he cried. "Y-You h-have." Tubbo said, trying to smile. "Good," Tommy said with a smile, relaxing.

"I love you, Tubbo," Tommy said, flinching slightly as she shifted. "I- I love you too, Tommy," Tubbo said, his tears falling onto Tommy's shirt. Tommy smiled, then looked into Tubbo's eyes. The two cried silently while looking into each other's eyes, but Tommy's eyes didn't move.

"T-Tommy?" Tubbo asked, lightly shaking him as his heart dropped. "TOMMY!" Tubbo screamed, his voice dripping with grief as he hugged the body of his best friend. Most of the crowd thought that the two teenagers on the stage were the villains, but when they saw tears pool in Phantom's eyes, they realised something had gone wrong.

That was when the crowd started panicking.
