Reaper Time Part Two

M/n held Karma's hand while walking around the underground base. He turned around every now and then just to make sure that no one was following them. He was acting very paranoid, but can you blame him?

'Poor bitch sensei...' M/n mumbles remembering how his teacher was being held hostage and how she was tied up on a wall. Karma glances at him and sighs.

'Can you hear me, E class?' the man's voice could be heard coming from somewhere above them, probably from a speaker. The class stopped walking looking cautiously around. 'The truth is I'm very pleased you escaped'

'It'll be the warm-up before the unknown big game'

'I can't believe that this is how I'm gonna die'

'I expect great things from you' he says before a static sound was heard and then only silence.

'It's like... a game' one of the girls said. The tension in the air was thick, it didn't help M/n's anxiety at all.

Isogai narrowed his eyes, as the class's representative he should come up with a plan, the male sighs catching everyone's attention. 'Alright let's intercept him here' Isogai got a tazer out of his pocket. 'No matter which way he comes from, we'll have the upper hand If we outnumber him'

Hara who was beside the male took a look at her own phone where Ritsu currently was.  'Ritsu back us up' the female asked but the 2D girl only put her finger in her nose.

'Don't feel like it. Not like I'm gonna defy the Reaperman' Lazy looking Ritsu says, Hara took notice of the sticker on the girl's cheek with "hacked" written in red.

Everyone deadpans. 'She's been hacked!'

M/n felt chills run down his spine when hearing the footsteps before him. And not only that. Someone's aura that could make any scared suddenly entered the room. This wasn't good. It wasn't good at all.

'The reaper...' someone dared to mutter.

Everyone seemed frozen in place, looking at the figure before them. It didn't seem human. It just seemed like a person made of dark and foggy mist. M/n's eyes widened, fear now running through his veins.

'What... what the hell'  his grip on Karma's hand tightened while the other stayed motionless.

After seconds someone finally moved. Two of M/n's classmates lunged forward. 'That jerk!' they tried to punch the man at the same time, however, for some reason, their fists went right through him and the two collided with the ground.

And didn't move again. M/n's fear increased and so did his classmates's. 'The first skill I honed upon becoming an assassin was head-on combat' The dark foggy mist formed like a human walked forward and upon reaching Kimura punched the male without any mercy. Kimura was slammed into the wall and passed out instantly.

'It's 99 percent unnecessary for an assassin, but without it, the remaining one percent of targets would get away' he says with a voice that didn't match its body. M/n pressed his lips together when noticing how two paper-white eyes stood out on the black figure's head. It almost didn't seem real, like it was from a fairy tale. A fiction. But it was real. How did the man from before turn into this?

'If you're looking to be the world's best assassin... it's an indispensable skill' he says before quickly going over to Kayano, M/n didn't see him run he only felt a slight wind. The class gasped when the man kicked the girl on her stomach.

Kayano felt the air leave her lungs, and her body began to hurt. 'Females are so very fragile..' he whispers in the girl's ear as Kayano let out noises of pain. 'Can't be treating the rest of hostages so carelessly'

Nagisa looks down, his bangs covering his eyes. Suddenly he walks over to stand in the middle of the group. 'Move aside everyone..' the blue-nette says when looking up, his blue eyes shining with a raging bloodlust. 'I'll take him'

Karma tensed up completely, squeezing M/n's hand so hard that it began to hurt. 'Nagisa..' he mumbles worried.

Nagisa begins to walk forward with a blank face while the others watched it with intense worry. However, when the male got even close, all the older had to do was clap and Nagisa stopped moving. Like he was frozen in time.

But time wasn't frozen and M/n only noticed that when feeling a extreme pain on his back. The Reaper started to take them out one by one.

God, the Reaper arc is making me depressed! It's so fucking boring to write. But there it is!
