Now Sirius Black and Remus Lupin had what most would call a peculiar relationship throughout school. From their 1st to 5th year they were the bestest of friends, unless you counted James and Sirius of course, and done almost anything together. And that anything really became anything when they got into their 6th year.

Undeniable from both parties, Black and Lupin were attracted to eachother. More so sexually then romantically. So halfway through their 6th year they'd experimented without the rest of their friends knowing.

Remus had initiated it, he was sure Sirius was into him too. There were small things he'd done that seemed a massive giveaway to Remus such as when getting up or moving about when they were sat together Sirius' hand would linger on his thigh a little longer then the usual friendly touch. Or Remus would find Sirius looking when he was getting dressed and he'd always look flustered when he got caught. Its not like Remus never stared himself, Sirius Black was attractive and if someone denied it Remus would know they were lying.

They were both sat in their dorm room together completing homework for each of their respective lessons. James and Peter were off somewhere mucking about as they usually did when Sirius and Remus studied together.

Remus wasn't initially going to try and start anything between the two, in fear that his suspicions were wrong and he didn't want to embarrass himself. But the final straw was when Remus stretched his arms up and his jumper lifted exposing a slip of skin. He'd glanced down at Sirius as the werewolf had somewhat done it on purpose and when he watched Sirius Black' lick his lips not too discretely then adjust his trousers uncomfortably Remus had all the confirmation he needed.

Remus was never one to shy away and unlike many perceptions others had of him he was one of those people who would speak his mind and make that bold move that many were too scared to take.

He got comfortable again and made sure he was leant towards Sirius a little bit, that he was closer to Sirius.

Remus was ready to stop if Sirius said stop.

He took a large huff of breath before as he began writing again, lifted his hand and placed it gently on Sirius' thigh closest to him. He smirked when he felt Sirius' leg tense beneath him but the boy didn't make a single move. Even when Remus began rubbing little circles into the boys thigh and inching his hand closer to the boys crotch.

When Remus' fingertips brushed Sirius' crotch, Sirius let out a soft noise and glanced at Remus.
"Moony, what are you.." he interrupted himself as a moan escaped his lips when he felt Remus' hand brush over the slight bulge in his trousers and he made no move to stop him. Remus smiled at the way Sirius practically crumbled under his touch.

Remus shushed him gently before dropping his quill and moving to unbutton and unzip his jeans. Sirius watched, eyes glazed over slightly. Sirius had imagined something like this happening for so long that now it was happening it felt surreal.

What happened next was obvious and not worth reciting.

But Remus and Sirius remained sexually involved throughout the rest of 6th year and the whole of 7th year and when they were sure the whole friends with benefits thing would work they told their friends and no one really had a problem with it.

After Hogwarts, they decided they should try a relationship and it was going okay up until they'd hit a rock when James and Lily got married. There'd been a fault and the two had realised, besides classing their relationship as being lovers they didn't love eachother as James and Lily did.

It was just after Harry was born they finally cut their romantic and sexual relationship off. It was mutual and they agreed they were going to be better off as just friends and as it had been just before their whole situation started they were once again the best of friends. They remained living together but Sirius moved into the spare room.

Knowing that Sirius wasn't the murderer everyone thought him to be made all these memories Remus had that had been a poison to think about blissful again. And then he felt guilt. Extreme, gut-wrenching guilt. Guilt that he hadn't believed Sirius' plea of innocence to him and turned him into the aurors.

Remus spent the night after finding out the truth wide awake, staring blankly at the ceiling. And then the day after aswell, he just spent it staring at the wall, the ceiling, the floor.

Red had tried snapping him out of it by scratching him, pulling his clothes and everything she could think of but Remus would just stare.

That was when they heard a scream that belonged to a student and Remus snapped out of it immediately and he spoke his first word in the last 24 hours.

"Sirius."

It was the same word he last spoke and he was out of the door in an instant. Red followed him. She was unsure where they were going until the Whomping Willow came into view.

Red tried to stop him, there was no way he was in the right mind but after the stern look she got from him she understood and obeyed.
