A Ray Of Hope

Baekhyun was awaken by soft caresses on his waist. In his groggy, sleep clouded mind he feel it for awhile before he forced his eyes to open. He was welcomed by Chanyeol's intense gaze. His husband watched him with dark eyes but what Baekhyun noticed is there's no hate in it, which always presents every time he looks at him. But Chanyeol's stare remains with no expressions or emotions in them.

" Ch- chanyeol... " Baekhyun tried to open his mouth, still baffled with his husband's touch on his waist. That ever so gentle touches that ignites fire on Baekhyun's smooth skin.

" Hmmm?.. " Chanyeol still have eyes focus on Baekhyun's face, he stopped caressing his waist only to move his hand on Baekhyun's neck and start caressing it too. His face still unreadable.

" W-why you're awake? It's still early.." Baekhyun glanced to his side table where his alarm clock says it is 4.50 in the morning. They only slept for more or less four hours after Baekhyun begged Chanyeol for sex. By the thought of that , Baekhyun blushed. And he knows he can't hide it from his husband since the bedside table lamp in Chanyeol's side of the bed is on.

" Need to prepare soon for work.. " Chanyeol replies, voice still voided with any emotions. " Go back to sleep, Baekhyun. " He said but still caressing the smaller's neck.

Baekhyun closes his eyes but sleep won't come again, he is very aware of Chanyeol's touch and the tingling feeling it brings. His mind is confused by the giant's actions these past nights. Is he supposed to be mad at him after their marriage had been exposed? What happened to him and Dara? Why Chanyeol always sleeps besides him since that night and why he is much gentler now to him? Though Baekhyun is not a hundred percent sure that Chanyeol doesn't hate him any less. And most of all, his husband touched him without any alcohol in his system, totally sober.

Baekhyun cannot avoid the moan that escapes his mouth when he felt his husband's lips on his sweet spot replacing the fingers that had been gently stroking it seconds ago. " Hmmm.. ohhh.. But somewhere deep inside of Chanyeol, he wants Baekhyun to remember him, that despite of all the pain and harsh words that he inflicted and throw at him, he - Park Chanyeol is the only one that can give him that high. He knows how hard Baekhyun will come every time during those nights for the past five years.
