~Chapter 9~

I blew a bubble and had us both float up. Kaminari could finally breathe from him screaming all the way down. I helped him up before he slipped again. "Maybe warn me next time?"

"Nah. This was better." I floated us up to the dining room area and some kids were already at the windows cause they saw us fall. I left us there and some of our classmates ran over. "Shall we dance?" I made the bubble with an even flooring and square. Kaminari got up carefully so he wouldn't slip.

"Sure?" We danced ballroom, which I saw on tv. Kaminari eventually got it and we did really well. We laughed until he held my arm up to spin me and my sleeve came down revealing a bit. When I went back to him, he wasn't smiling anymore."What's that?" I looked at what he was looking at and my arm. It was still showing. I bounced away from him and covered it. "Y/N?" 

"It's nothing. I came by a stray cat yesterday and when I tried to give it food, it scratched me." I lifted the bubble to the roof and popped it.

"Y/N let me see-" The bell rang.

"We have to go." I walked quickly, practically jumping down the stairs. When I got to class, Koda was sitting there. I stood next to him and just talked.

~Nice dance moves.~

~Thanks.~

~So, what going on?~ He lifted an eyebrow. I always thought he was shy.

~Nothing. I just wanted to have fun.~ The bell rang.

~Do you want to walk home together after school?~

~Sure.~

I nodded and sat down. The class continued, and when it ended, I got my bag from my desk and walked over to Koda.

~Ready?~

~Yeah. I'll meet you by the gates, I need to copy a page of Shoji's notes.~

~Ok. Bye bye.~ I walked out and was greeted by three male figures. I turned around and shouted.

"KODA- MGF!" They covered my mouth. Koda came out with Shoji, Sato, and Ojirou. I bit the person's hand and ran to Koda. 

~Are you ok?~ 

~Yeah. Just copy your notes then we will be on our way. But we are going to go a special way.~

~Ok?~ We all went inside without saying a word. He copied the notes quickly. Then they all escorted me to the roof.

"Why are we here?" Ojirou asked.

"Shortcut. Koda, do you wanna call a bird for emotional support?" He shook his head. "You can grab me if you want." 

"What about us?" Shoji was interested. 

"Well, come here." I led them all to the edge and then pushed them all off, holding onto Koda. I made Shoji, Sato, and Ojirou their own bubbles, dropping them off at the entrance. Koda and I were in our own bubble and we were on the way to his mom's, I stood while he sat.

"Um, Y/N?" He was quiet.

"Yes, Koda?" I sat down with him.

"Why did they do that?"

"I'm not sure."

"You do know." I sighed.

"We got in an argument a while back and it invaded my personal life and now they are trying to explain themselves. That's all."

"Ok..." We landed in front of the inn and we both entered.

"Hello, Mrs. Koda."

"Hello. Welcome back. How was school? It was fun."
