"Oh. Heeeeeeey Mina." I chuckled, throwing the knife aside.
"Y/N-" She stopped talking and shut the door. She walked over to me and just hugged me.
"What-" Tears started forming.
"Cry." I couldn't hold back and I just started crying.
"I'm sorry. I'm so sorry."
"Just let it out." She was rubbing my back and a few minutes later, I had calmed down. "Ok. Since you've calmed down, let me help. Is that ok?"
"Yeah." She went to my bathroom and came out with a wet towel. She handed it to me and I started to wipe the blood up from what I could see. She took it and finished wiping it. I gave her some bandages and she started wrapping.
"So... do you think you could tell me why?"
"Um..."
"After last time, I don't expect you to trust me. But I am always here. Oh." She took her phone out and gave it to me. "So that way you know I won't do it again."
"Ok. I just... I don't know. So many things happen and I get into my mind and cutting helps."
"How long has this been happening?"
"Since the first day of school."
"And have you done it anywhere else?"
"Yeah..."
"May I see?"
"I don't really like showing people..."
"I understand. I have my share of scars I hate."
"But you are so pretty. I've never seen a scar on you. You have like the perfect body." She stopped wrapping and just deadpanned me.
"GURL-" She stood up and lifted her shirt, showing her skin.
"I don't see anything..."
"Oh. I forgot. One sec." She went to my bathroom and I heard water running. A few seconds later, she came out. "Ok. Now look." She lifted it once again and there was a scar that ran from the left side of her waist to her back.
"How..."
"My brother has a similar quirk. Our acid doesn't hurt ourselves but it hurts others. When I was taking a nap, the thought it would be funny to put acid on my back. It has faded a lot but I still hate it."
"Oh damn."
"Yep. Let me finish the other thigh. Sit still." She put her shirt back down and started on the other thigh. "I showed you my scar and now I have to go put more makeup on but can you show me yours now?" I sighed and lifted my shirt. I took off the bandages then I pulled my sleeves up, removing those bandages. They didn't bleed. It was just to cover them.
"Here."
"Why didn't you tell me about this before?"
"Well, you did kinda piss me off."
"Fair enough. But I am still here. Whether you hate me or not."
"Thanks, Mina."
"Of course babe. Now, I am going to leave because I left my parents in my room and they are probably talking up a storm right now."
"Ok."
"Oh! I came in here to see if you could help. They have to go to work soon anyways."
"Yeah, sure. Let me just put some pants on."
"Ok. Want me to stay here or?"
"You're fine. I'm just putting the pants over the shorts." I grabbed a pair of sweats and just put them on over the shorts. "Ok. Let's go." Before she opened to door, I told her something. "Hey."
