Finally, the sun started to rise and my alarm went off. Denks woke up to shut it off but I decided to wake his ass up anyways. "Get up Denks. You have to shadow me today, remember?"

"I can't. I'm sleeping." He said, I sighed and changed, ensuring he didn't look. I was careful of the bandages and scabs. I heard a knock on the door as I finished my last button.

"Y/N? it's Jirou. I'm here to accompany you to the restroom so you can get yourself ready." I opened the door.

"Ok. Thank you, Jirou." We walked to the girl's restroom and I took the sink at the far end of the dorm bathroom. I brushed my teeth, did my hair, and put makeup on to cover the bags under my eyes. Once I finished, I returned to my dorm room to grab the last of my things. Denks wasn't awake. I walked over and shook him.

"Stop."

"I can't walk alone."

"5 more minutes." School starts in 20." That was all it took to get him out of bed and run like a chicken with its head cut off trying to find his uniform. "It's ironed hanging in your closet at the end."

"How do you know that?" He grabbed the uniform and put it on.

"I ironed it. Last night after you fell asleep." I turned around as he changed.

"Thanks. uh, go see if someone is in the common room. I have to brush my teeth." I walked out and found Bakugo sitting on the couch. I sat on the floor as Denks ran to the bathroom. I sat silently as Bakugo just stared at me.

"Why are you here?"

"I'm not allowed to be alone."

"Oh yeah." he shut up until Kiri showed up.

"Hey, Baku-bro. You ready?" He came in with a smile but when he saw me it kind of flattered. "Oh, hey Y/N. What are you doing here?"

"I'm waiting for Denks. He woke up late. He should be in the bathroom."

"Oh. Ok. We can wait a few minutes, right man?" He punched Bakugo's arm.

"Yep." He had anger in his voice. I took out my phone and my over-the-ear headphones from my school bag and turned on some music before scrolling on some social media platforms. Until a tap was felt on my shoulder. Denks.

"I'm ready. Let's go." He was breathless. I took the headphones off and put them around my neck. I got up and walked to class with him. School went by fine but when it came to lunch, it was difficult. I sat with Denks and his friend, Shinsou. I didn't particularly like him because of what he did but I could tolerate him.

I tried eating some food but I ended up eating half of my small meal. Once we finished, classes began again, and a grueling 2 hours later, I was fighting for my life to not fall asleep on the way back to the dorms.

"You ok?" Denks asked.

"Yeah. I'm good."

"You said you slept last night."

"I did. But I had a nightmare shortly after and never went back to sleep." Lies but true that I didn't sleep.

"You need to sleep when we get back."

"We have homework. I'll just drink an energy drink." I needed four of those bitches.

"Ok. Well, let's hurry and finish our homework." I nodded knowing we wouldn't finish for a few hours. We had a new project and since he procrastinated and I wasn't there, it is due tomorrow. He has the supplies so all we need to do is that.

When we got there, we changed into some comfy clothes and began on the math homework and reading assignment. I drank two energy drinks within that time and a cup of water. He has some snacks, getting his paper dirty. Once we finished, he pulled out the foam poster board. I sighed as he took out the paper, stencils, styled scissors, and stickers. I got out the metallic markers my mom gifted me when I was younger and we began. 3 energy drinks and 4 hours later, we finished. It was amazing.

"Dude, I'm so tired."

"Which is why you do it over a long period."

"Oh shush." He chuckled.

"We need to go take some showers. Can you text Jirou?"

"Yep." I got my phone and asked her if she could accompany me to the showers. In a few minutes, she arrived at the door. I opened it, carrying my shower caddy and robe. We all went to the bathroom, splitting when Denks went to the men's. Jirou checked all of my shower caddy items for anything dangerous and took my clothes from me immediately after I took them off, not looking at me. I took a steaming hot shower in 30 minutes, washing everything carefully. After, I changed into some new clothes and went back to the dorm, finding the door slightly ajar. Jirou left me at the door as I looked in.

"Dude. Stop." Sero was in the room. He was talking to Denks.

Sero, with a concerned furrow on his brow, spoke first, "Look, man, I get that Y/N is cool and all, but she's always getting into dangerous stuff. It's like she attracts trouble. We need to make sure she stays safe, you know? It's not just about her; it's about looking out for each other."

Denks retorted, "I get it, Sero, but Y/N can handle herself. She's not some delicate flower. Besides, she's been there for us when we needed it. I can't just stand by and let her face everything alone. She deserves our support."

Sero crossed his arms, "I'm not saying she's weak, but there's a limit to what any of us can handle. I just don't want to see any of us hurt. Y/N included."

Denks sighed, "I know you're worried, man, but Y/N is like family. We've got to trust her judgment and have her back. We can't wrap her in bubble wrap and expect her to live her life. She knows what she's doing."

Sero shook his head, "It's not about wrapping her up; it's about making sure we don't lose someone important. We're a team, and we need to keep each other safe."

I entered the room, immediately acting like I didn't hear anything The air was thick with conflict, but I could tell my appearance made things worse. Folding my arms, I fixed both of them with a stern gaze.

"What's happening here?" I demanded, my voice firm.

Sero, frustration evident in his expression, spoke up, "We're talking about your constant disregard for your safety, Y/N. It's not a joke. Kaminari here thinks it's all fine and dandy, but I can't just stand by and watch you throw yourself into every dangerous situation! And then you take down other people with you!"

Denks attempted to diffuse the situation, "Sero, come on, man. We're just looking out for Y/N. It's not like we don't trust her."

Sero, however, wasn't having it. His anger boiled over, "Looking out for her? Kaminari, you're acting like this is some kind of game. Y/N, I can't deal with this. I care about you, but if you're not going to take this seriously, then I don't know what else to say."
With that, Sero turned on his heel and stormed out of the room, leaving a stunned silence in his wake. I exchanged a concerned glance with Denks, realizing the depth of Sero's worry. The weight of the argument hung in the air, and I couldn't shake the feeling that this disagreement had left a lasting impact on Denks and Sero's friendship.
