I stayed quiet on the way to my mother's. When we got there, they gave me a minute to compose myself so I wouldn't explode. When I was ready we headed to the door. Mr. Aizawa went and knocked on the door.

"Hello? Oh. Are you the teachers from UA?"

"Yes ma'am. We also brought your daughter with us." Mr. Aizawa moved to the side and revealed me.

"Oh." She lost her smile for a moment. "Well, welcome in!" We all walked in. I looked around and she took the pictures with me in them off the walls. Typical.

"Do you understand why we are here today ma'am?"

"Yes, I do. This is about the dorms if I am not mistaken."

"Yes. So what is your opinion."

"Well, I don't think she should go."

"Why not? Do you not want your child to be safe?"

"Of course I do. But I won't be able to see what she is doing there. And Y/N is a very mischievous child. She needs... discipline once in a while." I just looked at her. Discipline? Really?

"Well, how could we convince you to let her stay?"

"Allow me to live with her." I was shocked. She hated me and now she wants access to the UA campus? No. I tapped Aizawa's leg letting him know that this was NOT an option.

"I apologize ma'am but the whole point of students in the dorms is to have them live independently."

"Well, unless you grant me that, she may not go."

"You don't even-"

"Y/N." Aizawa stopped me.

"No. It's ok. She can talk to her mother. What is it?"

"1. I no longer consider you a mom. 2. Why would you want access to the campus? Just to keep an eye on me? Or to make sure I don't say anything about your record?" She was shocked and that turned to anger.

"Y/N. Do not."

"I think I will. Mr. Aizawa." My mom slammed her hands on the table in front of us.

"Don't you say another fucking word, Y/N."

"Ok." I held my hands up in defense. Aizawa stood up.

"I see why she doesn't want to stay here now. To be honest, this was a test. To see if you could even make a logical decision for your daughter's safety. And you failed."

"Wait. What?"

"Mr. Aizawa. May I gather the rest of the stuff from my room?"

"Yes. Go ahead."

"Thank you." I went to my room and grabbed everything. Clothes, electronics, lights, my case of water, bags, everything. I also applied makeup to my wrists to cover the cuts for later. And best of all, a box of things that remind me of my dad. his watch, cologne, pictures, presents, letters, everything. I placed that carefully in my suitcase and I was off. I went to her room and grabbed the hunk of cash from my dad's bedside table. I grabbed everything else in there as well and put it in the box. I went back to the living room and my mom was in the scarf.

"What did she try to do?"

"Attack me."

"Figures. We can go. I have everything."

"Ok." He let go of her.

"You are my daughter Y/N. You can't leave me alone." I turned to face her.

"Ok then. Tell me." I got in her ear and whispered, "What are the names of the people keeping me from ending it all right now? The cuts on my wrist are from you." I got up and walked away.
