"So, we didn't freak you out," Colby commented making me laugh.

"I thought I might have scared you off," I emphasized making him chuckle as he shook his head.

"Never," he replied taking a second to just smile at me. "Ah, you're wearing clothes today," he remarked making me laugh.

"Yeah, I feel overdressed compared to you," I joked making him laugh as he looked down at his bare chest, I took the time to look as well, God, I'm glad I did. He shrugged slightly with a smile. I smiled as I looked at him. He's so handsome!

"So," he paused as he smiled at me. I looked at him expectantly. He seemed to forget what he was thinking, he was just sitting and smiling at me. I giggled slightly, it seemed to snap him out of it. He chuckled as he adjusted his hair. "Have you eaten?" he asked hopefully. I wanted to smile and wince all at once. He must have noticed my hesitation, he sighed slightly. "I get it," he started, the heartbroken look on his face pained me.

"I said to Kat that we should all go out to lunch, might cure everyone's hangovers." I shrugged. Colby looked at me with a sad smile. His eyes seemed to lose the glisten of hope which shone in them when he looked at me. I smiled at the idea and bit my lip at the thought. He wants to be alone with me. "You know, I could use your help." I started, and Colby instantly smiled it seemed a little forced like I was only being nice out of sympathy. "I'm wanting to get some paint today and I can't decide what colours to get," I suggested so he chuckled, seemingly happy that I wanted his opinion.

"You've come to the right person, I have an eye for colour," he joked making me laugh.

"I can tell," I joked making him smile. I bit my lip slightly making him chuckle, his eyes instantly catching the movement. He just smiled at me for a moment the spark returning to his eyes.

"I'm sorry I asked to kiss you last night, I was drunk," He chuckled nervously but I smirked. "It's alright, just ask another time," I shrugged but Colby looked shocked. I smirked as I winked at him, he gulped and seemed intimidated. "Unfortunately, You should get dressed," I added making him laugh. He raised an eyebrow at me with a wide grin. "See you downstairs?" I asked so he nodded. I reluctantly stood up and headed for the door, I took a final look at Colby as I left. He wasn't looking at me anymore but he looked giddy. I smiled to myself before stepping out. I looked through Sam's open door and chuckled as everyone was sitting attempting to act natural but miserably failing, they had been listening in to my and Colby's conversation. I laughed as I shook my head, walking away to head downstairs. Everyone followed after me with a chuckle. We decided we would head to Applebees for lunch while we waited for Colby.

Colby walked in with a smile, I looked at him seeing he had black ripped jeans on and a white muscle-cut top, he looked like he was trying to match me. He smiled at me brightly before approaching us. He walked around and took a seat beside me on the couch. Everyone talked as a group about the party but I was too in my head to join in. I could feel Colby's eyes on me. I was suddenly aware of every atom in my body, I tried hiding my smile but it might as well have been a billboard with flashing lights. I finally found the courage to look at Colby, he was just admiring me, his lips curled into a smile when he noticed my eyes on him.

"We ready?" Sam announced making me jump. I sighed slightly. I am so disappointed, that I could sit and stare at Colby for hours, I peeled my eyes away from him and looked at everyone who was all smirking, I looked at them confused but Sam chuckled as he stood up, and everyone followed his lead. Since there were 6 of us everyone but me and Colby climbed into Sam's car.

"Bye, see you there," Corey smirked as he closed his door. Colby and I laughed.

"I'll drive and then we can go for paint after," I explained as I led the way to my truck. We climbed in and Colby admired it slightly with a smile, I chuckled as I got ready and started the short drive.

"So, you don't seem hungover, you mustn't have drunk enough," Colby joked making me laugh.

"I don't get hangovers, it's a family thing." I shrugged but Colby scoffed, throwing his arms up showing his annoyance. I laughed. "But-" I started between laughs. "I think I drank more than anyone," Colby and I ended up having a playful argument over who drank the most. Colby ended up going on Instagram under my instructions, he looked at all the tagged videos and photos laughing. Many people had posted from last night and Colby laughed seeing videos of us taking shots together, me jumping in the pool, me downing the Smirnoff ice and general videos with Colby and me in it.

"I didn't know you downed the Smirnoff," Colby chuckled as he rewatched the video. I laughed.

"Yeah you were afraid of me then," I joked, he pretended to look offended. I laughed as I turned into the Applebee's car park. We parked up and climbed out, looking for Sam's car as we stood by the truck.
