DANNI'S POV:

I took a seat at the table, noticing an awkward silence. I chuckled as I tucked my chair in. I looked to see Colby looking annoyed again but he also looked disheartened. My eyebrows twitched confused but I know if I talk to Colby right now the girls will scream with joy. I decided it was better to talk as a group, we ended up talking about the party and having a laugh while we waited for our food. The drinks arrived when the girls and I were in the bathroom so I can't imagine the food being much longer. We all laughed as we mentioned things that happened.

"We need to have another party, brother," Corey cheered making us all laugh.

"What's the occasion?" I asked but they laughed.

"This is LA you don't need an occasion," Colby chuckled finally joining in the conversation. I smiled as I looked at him, happy he finally contributed. He smiled and licked his lips. He seemed to think before sighing and leaning in to whisper to me. "I was going to say earlier that you look-" Colby started again. I smirked waiting but jumped when someone's hand touched my shoulder, I know it couldn't be Colby's as I could see both of his hands. My jump scared Colby a little as he pulled away to look at me confused but his attention was diverted and he clenched his jaw as he looked away. What is going on? Have I pissed him off?

"Your chicken alfredo," the waiter announced behind me as he placed my plate in front of me his other hand held on my shoulder to keep his balance. I sighed wondering what his deal was, he towered over the back of me making me feel uncomfortable, I breathed a little heavier, mentally reminding myself that I was with my friends and it wouldn't be appropriate if I killed him right now. I hate people in my personal space. He then had to announce which plates he had since he only memorized mine. He was starting to irritate me, I happened to look at Sam to see him shrugging at Colby. I looked at Colby, he looked like someone had offended his whole family. I thought for a second before realising... Is he jealous of the waiter? I know for certain he likes me now but does he think the waiter has a chance? I leaned into Colby with a smile, he noticed me and leaned in slightly.

"I don't know what you were going to say but you look really handsome today," I whispered making him smile the widest he has since we arrived here. He leaned into my ear.

"I've been trying to say all day that you look absolutely gorgeous, I love the outfit but are you not cold?" He asked making me laugh.

"I'm too hot actually, I'm considering putting ice in my pool and jumping in when I get back," I joked making him chuckle.

"If you do that I'll get my revenge," He smirked, and I leaned back to look at him intrigued, he chuckled before leaning in again. "I'll just have you take the see-through shirt off rather than getting changed," He flirted massively. My breath caught in my throat, and Colby smirked as he leaned back in his seat. He seemed proud that he made me blush and flustered. I chuckled slightly.

"Deal," I suggested and offered him my hand to shake, he laughed before shaking my hand. He bit his bottom lip as he looked at me. I smirked before winking at him and turning my attention back to the table. Kat was smirking beside me, she wouldn't have been able to hear our conversation but there was no doubt she saw us whispering to each other and smirking. The waiter came back with the last plate and placed it in front of Corey. I smiled at Kat beside me as I ignored the feeling of the waiter looking at me as he told us to enjoy our food. Kat chuckled slightly. Everyone started tucking into their food. The conversation died down as we ate.

After we finished eating, we continued to talk as everyone tried to make a date for the next party. I laughed knowing they couldn't wait very long. We ended up deciding not to get dessert and so Corey went up to the bar to grab the bill. We all paid for our food and drinks, leaving a tip for the waiter and got up and ready to leave. We started heading out the door, Colby and Kat beside me when the waiter called me back. I groaned before I even turned around to face him.

"I'll see you outside," Kat commented so I smiled with a nod but grabbed Colby's wrist so he waited with me. He looked at me confused but I smiled. I turned to face the waiter with a disinterested look on my face. He smiled warmly.
