Chapter 6

"Keeley this is my girlfriend Stephanie." He said kindly.

I shook her hand.

"Nice to meet you." I smiled.

"You too." She smiled right back.

I was in such a good mood. My phone vibrated in my back pocket.

"Excuse me." I said holding my finger up.

I went out the screen door. I picked it up.

"Hello?"

It was an unknown number.

"Hey beautiful." The husky voice said.

God the douche had my number.

"What the hell Caleb how do you have my number?"

I could feel him smirking through the phone.

"Don't worry about that princess."

"Whatever."

"We should hang out more I had fun at the park today."

"In your dreams Grey we just bumped into each other."

"Yea sure whatever."

"Think what you want."

"Well I gotta go sugar see you at school."

Before I could say don't call me that he hung up. My face hurt from smiling. Wait rewind. I'm smiling because of Caleb. No Keeley you don't like him what so ever. I started to breath again. Good I can't like Caleb. Friend zone. I walked back in the house.

"You know dad I'm gonna cook you and your lovely girlfriend dinner." I smiled.

She blushed lightly. "Pasta?" I suggested.

"Why not?"They said in unison.

I giggled.

"You guys are a cute couple." I added smiling.

"Speaking of couples who's the boy you've been hanging out with is he your boyfriend?" He asked.

I choked on my coke.

"Dad no he is not my boyfriend and never will be I don't like him like that were just friends." I sighed.

"Ok I just kind of heard your phone conversation."

"Dad you were eavesdropping on me."

I put my hand on my hip. He nodded. Just friends. I finished cooking the dinner.

"Ugh Monday." I sighed.

Mondays suck! We ate and I went upstairs. Omg we have a test tomorrow and I forgot to study. But I'm so tired. I decided to study at school with Caleb or something. I fell on my bed. I quickly fell asleep.

"Keeley get up for school." My dad said through the door.

I'm so tired. I didn't really care what I looked like I was to tired. I threw on some skinny jeans and a school hoodie over it. I didn't bother putting make up on. I threw my hair up in a messy bun and went to school. I sat down next to Caleb.

"Someone looks sleepy." He said grinning.

God he really likes to mess with me.

"Yea I am." I rubbed my eyes.

The teacher wasnt here yet. Poor Caleb I could tell he was bored.

"Caleb you mind studying with me?" I asked.

"Awe the book worm didn't study last night."

"Its not like you did either." I added smirking.

We studied quickly and finished right before a sub came in. God I hate subs their like clueless and helpless children. As usual boring rest of the day.I leaned on the wall outside the school. One foot was up on the wall. Caleb came up next to me.

"I gotta go I'll see you later." He said to one of his friends.

"Whats up smartie?" He asked.

"Nothing." I sighed.

"Long day?"

"You bet Cupcake." I grumbled.

I got off the wall and started walking home.

"Do you need a ride?" He smirked.

God he was so disgusting.

"Nah I'm good I need some exercise anyway."

When I got home I took a shower. I put some PJ's on because I was planning on sleeping. I was ready to take a nap. Until I got a text.

Goodnight pretty- Caleb

Goodnight ass- Keeley
I quickly fell asleep. I woke up to Stephanie shaking me.

"Are you gonna eat your dad made chicken pot pies." She said.

I shot up and ran down the steps.

"Where are the chicken pot pies." I growled.

I was a blood hound for chicken pot pie. It was my absolute favorite dinner. I ran over to the kitchen table.
My dad was setting the last plate down. I sat down. I gobbled it down and got seconds.

"Thanks dad it tasted amazing!" I exclaimed.

"No problem it was my pleasure sweetie." He smiled lightly.

I went back upstairs and fell back to sleep.
