Chapter 20

By now most of the residents of that house were gathered in the living room, with Jin waiting for Hoseok to bring Jimin from his lab so they could all sit down to decide the new rules of the house.

Eleon had already prepared her papers on which she had written down all of the girls' main demands, with the main goal of protecting their rights and guarding their personal space.

"Can't you guys talk amongst yourselves and tell us the results afterwards? I was doing something and I left it in the middle" Taehyung spoke, standing up behind the couch, ready to leave.

"Not that you usually have anything to offer when it came to regulations, but are you sure you don't have anything you personally want? " Jin asked him to make sure, and Taehyung gave him a quick hug before telling him he trusted him and then left at a moment's notice because he dropped a phone call with a fellow model and had to return back to it.

"Does anyone else want to join in?" Eleon asked as she sensed that most people were barely present.

"Well... you know these things are kind of boring," Rin confessed a little hesitantly under Eleon's gaze which as always wasn't the friendliest of looks.

"To not mention that at the end, you always do what you want," Hana added with displeasure in her voice as she glared at her big sister.

"I always do what I think is right for all of us." Eleon corrected her words, making the atmosphere a little awkward on the part of the boys that were present at that moment, as they weren't used to seeing them bicker.

"See. Even her own blood doesn't like her." Namjoon commented in a whisper to his brother, Yoongi who said nothing, feeling uncomfortable with the intense stares the two of them were exchanging.

"Let's go to my office then Eleon. Let the two of us work it out since we know our way around such matters" Jin offered with a smile on his lips and Eleon turned her attention back to him, nodding her head in affirmation before the two of them stood up to leave.

"Anyone interested can come and watch. "Jin left the invitation open before continuing to walk down the hallway, Eleon following him since she didn't know her way around.

"Gosh, Hana. Control your nerves a bit. Do you want these people to start saying that we're all over each other's throats? " Roel scolded her sister in a low voice, having thought of her behaviour as inappropriate.

" Eh sorry but you saw how she was ordering us earlier to come to the living room. She gets on my nerves when she gives orders. We aren't her pawns!" Hana argued a little louder than Roel had spoken to her, causing the boys to listen.

"I think I've found my favourite sister. " Namjoon whispered before smiling, making Yoongi elbow him a little.

"That's her nature and you know it. All you've done is get yourself in trouble," Miran told her as she was sure Eleon would not let this behaviour go unpunished.

"And well she one is asking for it, so I don't care but the issue is I hope the rest of us won't get dragged along in this and we get scolded too," SoYi commented, making the others' eyes roll as they all turned to Hana.

'Hana! Seriously! My knees still haven't recovered from the last time, don't play with her nerves" Yumi complained, as the thought and only of them having to get punished again so soon was making her feel ache all over her body. 

"How the heck is now my fault for talking? " Hana replied and they all started a little argument amongst themselves while the boys just sat on the couch and watched.

"I think we shouldn't be present at a time like this between them. Maybe we should leave? " suggested Jungkook feeling the need to give them their private space for this private moment of conflict that seemed to develop out of nowhere.

"Right, right "Namjoon agreed and the three of them who had stayed there decided to leave as quietly as they could.

Jungkook headed to the gym where he had some more exercises to do while Namjoon went to his room, with Yoongi left with the mission to go tell Hoseok and Jimin not to go to the living room for the moment.

And as he was walking towards Jimin's lab his eye caught sight of Hoseok's figure in his office, going up and down while he seemed to be busy with a business call.

Yoongi signalled for him to pay attention and then pointed towards the living room and made a 'x' with his hands to let him know he shouldn't go and Hoseok nodded his head in affirmation, looking like he got the message.

Having cleared that, Yoongi continued further down the hallway until he took the turn and was met with the sight of Jimin having cornered one of the cleaning staff, who had yet to leave as they had not finished cleaning everything yet. 

Irine, looked shy in her corner while Jimin stood in front of her and seemed to be saying something to her that Yoongi couldn't hear due to the distance.

"Jimin! If we get sued for harassment of a house worker, Jin Hyung will have your head on a plate." He blurted out, making his brother look over his shoulder, where he noticed his existence in the hallway.

"What are you talking about now? Why are you all like this? I'm just talking to her about some stuff I want to be cleaned up." He replied simply, and Yoongi just approached him and grabbed his collar once he got close enough, and pulled him back.

"You can talk from a distance. The girl can hear, she is not deaf. Wouldn't you prefer this distance, Irine?" He brought the attention to Irine who by now had lost her concentration because having been so close to the boy whom she had a crush on, was not that easy for her.

"Don't worry. He didn't bother me, really he was just asking me to come over an extra day for some cleaning in the garden and library." She explained as calmly as she could and Jimin crossed his arms over his chest before turning to look at his brother with a look that said 'I told you so!

"I will take my leave now. " Irine took the opportunity of a  silent moment that fell between them to leave since it wasn't easy for her to be in the presence of either of them at that moment.

"Hyung you are unforgivable. What will that girl think of me after this? You owe me an apology." Jimin spoke once Irine had disappeared from his sight, having been a little offended by his brothers' jokes, and wronged assumptions. When will they ever get it through their heads that being an anatomy lover is not the same as wanting to do something sexual with the owner of a good body?

"Never mind that. I've seen the way you look at her every time she's here. Let me remind you of one thing. The last time one of us got involved with a maid -"

"I know I know. Jeez!" Jimin cut Yoongi's words off, having had enough of hearing about it.

"Just go back to your lab now and have a lot of fun there "Yoongi dismissed him, deciding to let his behaviour slide this time as he had no intention of starting a fight.

"Yoongi! Jimin!" Hoseok suddenly appeared and ran towards them with a smile on his lips.

"What? " They both asked at the same time, a little surprised at his joy.

"Guess who just called me and is coming to visit." He told them giggling as he was definitely amused of this particular cousin's visit.

"Who?"

"Our beloved cousin Bomi!"

"TaeHyung! Run~" Jimin shouted before he started to run to find him and Yoongi and Hoseok just burst out laughing.

Their night was definitely going to be interesting.
