"Girls, don't talk all at once. You're making my head spin." SoYi complained to her sisters, Miran, Yumi and Rin, who had gathered in her room and started chatting as soon as they got there.

"Okay, sorry, we'll take it more slowly" Rin told her before eating another chip from the ones SoYi had in the bowl that she was holding.

"Hey, what about Roel and Hana? Are they done yet?" Miran asked wonderingly since she hadn't seen them at all for the day.

"I saw them when I was on my way back, a few hours ago. I think by morning they might be done. They still had a lot." Yumi informed her and they all lowered their heads, feeling sad that they couldn't help the situation.

"Isn't it a little dangerous to be alone in the middle of the night? " SoYi wondered, obviously worried about her sisters and Yumi spoke up again.

"Most of the day Yoongi was with them, Roel told me. He brought them water and food regularly. So he might go at night as well, who knows. We all know though that we certainly can't afford to go." She concluded something they all knew since if any of the girls were to go Eleon would consider it as disobedience and then they would all get punished for that.

"Anyway, this will pass. I just hope from now on we'll be more careful so we can torture ourselves less. " Miran concluded and the girls nodded their heads in agreement.

"Maybe we should leave the room though? Jungkook hasn't been in here for hours just because we're here and you know, it's somehow rude to keep him out of his own room, don't you think?" Miran blurted out, feeling a little bad about the fact that he didn't reappear not even for a moment after he had come in and left his bag in the room, rashly.

"Though no one told him not to come to his own room. You have a point. Let's go downstairs." SoYi agreed and slowly got out of the covers she'd been sitting on pretty much all day and Miran grabbed her arm to support her in case she got dizzy, even though she'd told her countless times today that she felt better.

By the time they reached the living room, they found only Jimin and Jin there, both on their cell phones, looking at something while their faces were bright red.

"Οh! Oh my god, I almost ran over you." Rin exclaimed in surprise as she went to walk behind the couch, but Hoseok was on the floor, laying down like a starfish, tears in his eyes, and a smile that didn't hesitate to reappear on his lips.

"Dude, what's so funny you almost passed out? Show us" Yumi said cheerfully as she sat down next to Jimin and tried to see what was on his screen, but he quickly locked his phone and just kept laughing.

"Nothing nothing nothing. " Jin told them though it was obvious it was something and the girls just gave them a few looks of annoyance that they didn't want to share and took their seats on the couches.

"Uhm... I'm sorry. Have you seen Jungkook anywhere by any chance?" SoYi asked, having reserved her concern for herself that was born from the moment that she didn't see him in the living room. So she decided to ask about his whereabouts before worrying further since she didn't want to worry anyone without being sure that something was indeed wrong with Jungkook as she suspected.

"He's at the gym I think. He has placed the 'do not disturb' sign outside of the door." Taehyung replied as he had just walked into the living room and was lucky enough to hear SoYi's words.

"Anyway. Does anyone know what we're having for dinner tonight?" Rin changed the conversation and now everyone started paying attention to the approaching dinner. Everyone except SoYi who couldn't get that thought out of her head, and unlike the rest of the day when she had someone beside her all the time giving her more attention than she would have liked, now that everyone was somewhat scattered, she had the opening to slowly leave to go check in quickly.

Yes, it wasn't her place to do that but the truth was that she felt a bit responsible for the situation since she was in this fight herself and she knew very well that she didn't try hard enough to stop it.

She made sure to leave as quietly and cautiously, leaving the chatter behind. She moved through the halls looking for the gym until she found it and stood staring at the door hesitantly for a few minutes.

He might actually be fine and just working out and she might bother him if she was to enter but maybe Jungkook wasn't doing that and unfortunately, there was only one way for her to find out.

After taking a deep breath, she pushed the door open a little, having decided to take a quick look and if he was indeed just working out, she would leave without disturbing him but when he came into her view, he was lying on the floor and that scene made her legs race towards him without her mind having time to think much.

"Jungkook are you okay?" She blurted out, and Jungkook turned to look at her, surprised at her presence in this space that usually only he used.

"SoYi what are you doing here?" He said to her as she let her eyes scan his body hurriedly, just in case he had hit something.

"Why are you on the floor? Can you move?" SoYi asked him and Jungkook just looked at her for a moment, in dilemma whether he should tell her the truth or not.

"It's nothing. Just a little pain. I'm resting." He told her as he tried to get up but his body betrayed him, causing him to let out an exclamation of pain before becoming one with the floor again.

"This isn't good at all. Your muscles must be very numb and sore. I think you should take a break for a few days to recover. Some massages I think would help and refraining from sudden movements for a while." She out of habit gave him a diagnosis and told him what she thought it would help him get better but for some reason, Jungkook's gaze hardened, as if he didn't want to hear all that.

"I have a match tomorrow. " He told her simply and forced himself up to a sitting position, the pain evident in his facial expression though this time he didn't gasp.

"I thought tomorrow's match was a friendly match. It would be better not to play and recover to be in good shape for the next few matches." SoYi told him, scowling at the situation reasonably but for some reason, her words just made him angry.

"Look, SoYi. I don't mean to be rude, but you can mind your own business. " Jungkook blurted out those words and SoYi was speechless for a moment, as well as a little angry because she was just trying to help him.

"Well, I'm sorry for caring. Do whatever you want. " She told him and got up to leave.

It's my fault for worrying . The audacity, telling me that  I am interfering in his business. What was I thinking honestly? As if I didn't have enough on my mind.

She started thinking to herself as she took steps towards the exit until Jungkook called her name.

"What do you want?" SoYi asked him, not turning to look back at him and then after silence fell in the atmosphere, she turned to see why he wasn't speaking.

Jungkook's head was turned towards the floor and his hands were wrapped in two fists next to the side of his body.

"Jungkook?" She asked him as she took two steps to his side and he slowly raised his head and met her eyes, revealing a desperate look.

"I can't move my legs. I can't get up..."
