Yoongi was in the driver's seat of his car, driving to university, with Roel in the next seat, asleep because she had only slept for two hours because of the punishment that she and Hana had managed to complete.

The truth was that he had felt sorry for both of them while watching them scrub the pavement but at the same time he knew he couldn't help in any way. On the one side, he found this punishment cruel but on the other side it was the consequences of their own actions and he couldn't deny that.

Yoongi may not have thought that Eleon's way of handling things was the best method of discipline but strangely enough, he understood why she was punishing in this way. To his own eyes, it was obvious that it was not malice towards her sisters but it was what honestly seemed to her the best solution for their good.

He had heard more about Eleon from Hana and Roel while he had kept them company while they were cleaning on the sidewalk and had learned more or less enough to form an opinion about Eleon on his own. But his opinion did not fully agree with the girls', so he had kept it to himself.

Yes sure Eleon certainly wasn't the best person and yes sure most of the times he saw her she didn't even seem like a person but so far, from what he had noticed she was very straightforwardly human and someone who lived by rules. Rules that not everyone always liked but were stable nonetheless. Or maybe he just might value that stability simply because it was nowhere to be found in his own life.

Yoongi pulled into the school parking lot and looked over at Roel once more, hesitant to wake her. She was clearly in need of rest anyway but she had insisted on coming to lectures and not missing out on class, so he decided to respect her want and wake her up.

"Roel, we're here" He spoke to her softly but she didn't even move from her seat. It made sense that she wouldn't wake up easily after being so tired.

"Roel, wake up..." He lightly touched her shoulder with his finger and then just sighed as he too knew he had to raise his voice a little if he wanted to wake her up.

"Roel!" Yoongi shouted and Roel jumped up and turned around sharply, bringing them face to face.

Yoongi's eyes opened wide at the sudden close proximity while she just stayed there blinking her eyes for a few minutes as her mind still wasn't functioning properly.

"Ah, are we here? Good." She said once she started to become aware of the surroundings around her and stepped away and got out of the car, not paying attention to the close proximity that had literally taken Yoongi's breath away in surprise.

"Ah... Yeah, let's go." He said, more to himself now since Roel was already out of the vehicle and then he too picked up his bag, and hers that she had left on the seat and got out of the car, letting this sudden moment get carried away by the wind for it was unimportant.

---change of set---

"Jungkook maybe you should-"

"No." Jungkook cut off the words of his brother, Jimin who had brought him to the stadium where his match was to be held, even though he had repeatedly told him that it would be better if he didn't play, but just like that moment, Jungkook seemed determined not to listen to him.

"SoYi, please keep an eye on him until I get back. I won't be long." Jimin sighed after Jungkook got out of his car and Jimin turned to the back seat where SoYi was sitting. Jimin had begged her to do him a favour and be by Jungkook's side until he returned since he had an important seminar in the morning and couldn't afford to miss it.

"I'll do what I can." She told him as she picked up her bag and got out of the car.

"Oh and take care of yourself, don't stand up too much just in case." Jimin's voice reached her ears as his windows were open and she nodded her head in affirmation before watching him start up the engine and drive off.

The truth was that Jimin didn't need to worry about her health because she wasn't dizzy anymore and she wasn't in pain anywhere either. All she had to do was take off the stitches after a week or so and that was it.

She turned around towards the building once the car had disappeared from her sight and noticed Jungkook standing by the entrance, probably waiting for her since it was the first time she stepped foot there and it would be logical for her to get lost alone.

SoYi thought for a moment, why was Jungkook like that about this match, as her feet began to take her towards him.  They had spent so many hours with Jimin to loosen his muscles enough for him to stand on his feet today and look normal but she was well aware that playing such an intense game was a different matter, that his body was not ready to withstand yet.

Despite the efforts of her and Jimin that had tried to get Jungkook to understand that his body was in no condition to take the intense pressure of an entire game, he didn't seem to change his mind.  And that just made her not understand him. Because his health should be a priority in her mind.

"I'm going to the locker room. You find a seat in the fans' chairs and sit there. Unfortunately, I can't take you to the locker room. It's not allowed." Jungkook spoke to her as soon as she got close to him, and the two of them continued further inside the building.

"Don't worry I understand. Try not to destroy your muscles, please. I'm here to help but I can't work miracles. "She told him, wanting to make it clear that even though she had come to make sure that he would be in shape to play this match to the end, again she or anyone else couldn't get his muscles back in working order if he got them to a point like yesterday or worse.

"I'll do what I can. And...thanks for the help...it means a lot to me." He said without turning to look at her and before SoYi had a chance to say anything, some voices rang out and soon a bunch of girls appeared in her line of sight, running in their direction.

"Go. " Jungkook whispered to her as he signalled her to the hallway to her left and then he took a few steps forward and smiled at the fans who soon surrounded him and started bombarding him with questions and wishes for a good game.

- "We're counting on you oppa"
-"We're gonna win this championship this year, aren't we?"
- "Of course, the team is in perfect shape this year, and Jungkook-shi will show them that they should be afraid of us this year."
- "You're awesome!"

SoYi's ears caught some of their words and her eyes stopped at the sight of Jungkook smiling broadly before thanking those fans for the support and giving his word that he would do his best, and then he simply walked away, his fans shouting words of encouragement.

I see... So that's what he's prioritizing. Even above his health... He just doesn't want to disappoint anyone and he's doing his best to live up to their expectations.

SoYi thought as she turned her back on the scene and walked over to her seat, now having a new perspective on Jungkook's stubbornness.

In her mind, health was even more important but she couldn't say she didn't understand him anymore. For she herself knew well what it was like to fight to please others and whatever expectations they might have of you, and honestly she wasn't good at drawing a clear line between her needs and wants and those of others sometimes either, so she figured she couldn't be someone who could judge him on that after all.

I just hope this match goes well, and he doesn't end up falling apart.

She concluded, since there was nothing she could do but hope for a positive outcome.
