Namjoon was sitting on the couch in the living room, with Bomi glued at his side, who made him regret leaving his room to drink some water.

Not that if he didn't go out she wouldn't have found him, as when he came down he found her circling the house, as no one seemed to be around.

Even Namjoon himself had wondered who was the smart one to let her in and leave her alone in their home when he was sure she would comb every room if need be looking for her prince. But unfortunately for him, she had found her knight first and she certainly didn't seem to want to leave his company.

"And so as I was saying, I told my mother that it was not proper to the ancient Goddess to say that I looked like her. I know I was born more beautiful than Aphrodite since everyone always told me so, but it is not proper to demean a goddess like that just because she is now old. I think you agree with me, don't you, my knight?" Bomi concluded her story, making Namjoon wish for a brick to hit his head and leave him unconscious just to escape the deafening sounds he was hearing.

"Me, what can I say? Your kindness and the fact that you think about the feelings of a mythological goddess is touching." Namjoon gave her a forced smile before getting up to walk towards the kitchen, finding himself an excuse to get away from her hand that was caught tangled in his own.

"Oh, our very dear cousin. Good evening good evening." Jin entered the living room to Namjoon's good fortune and he ran to his brother and gave him a desperate look before whispering the word 'help'.

"How good of you to come by, brother. Here Bomi and I were sitting here and she was speaking nonsense...ahh I mean we were talking about absurd- uh I mean beauty. Don't you too think that our Bomi is more beautiful than the Goddess of beauty?" Namjoon patted his older brother's shoulder lightly before smiling again as they both turned to face Bomi.

"Er~yes, look. I didn't happen to see the goddess up close so I can't have a proper opinion on it. Who knows, maybe her pictures are photoshopped after all." Jin replied, intending to continue this madness that was served to him just for fun.

"Oh my god! I hadn't thought of that! Jin you are a genius!" Bomi got up from the couch with great excitement and looked at them with sparkling eyes.

"How are we going to make sure if this is actually true? Do you have any means of getting us an appointment with the Goddess Aphrodite to see her in person?" Bomi looked at Jin with hope in her eyes while Namjoon felt ready to bang his head against a wall.

"You're lucky. I have contact with an ex-boyfriend of hers. One phone call and he'll tell us everything" Jin leaned close to her as he confided the news and Bomi happily ran to his side, bouncing a little as she asked him to call him at that particular moment and Jin didn't hesitate to pull his phone out of his pocket, casually.

"What boyfriend of the goddess Aphrodite are you talking about, man? Who are you going to call? They don't even exist!" Namjoon whispered in his brother's ear in a way that Bomi wouldn't understand them.

"I have a secretary in the office named Ares, like the god of war. " Jin explained and then laughed a little, making Namjoon feel a little sorry for the poor secretary who once he picks up that call, will hear a lot of gibberish.

---change of set---

Taehyung and Jungkook were locked in the pool room, the former having found the other thereafter he had left his room in a hurry upon hearing what Rin had said.

After he had entered, Taehyung had locked the door since he had wanted to be alone but had found out a little too late that Jungkook was there too, sitting on the other side.

At first, the two of them had ignored each other, each having taken seats at one end of the pool and the other at the other, but as time passed, Jungkook had looked up and looked in his brother's direction, soon recognizing that he seemed in a bad mood.

So after a few minutes of observing him, he got up from his seat and approached Taehyung, taking a seat next to him, moving slowly as his muscles were not yet at their best.

"And I thought I was the only one who felt horrible today. How come you are down?" Jungkook spoke as he looked over to his brother who still hadn't lifted his head from the water his feet had dipped into and was staring intently at them as if the water had hypnotized him.

"How can I explain this now? I suppose I just feel broken." Taehyung answered him in a one-heavy voice and Jungkook nodded his head affirmatively, understanding the feeling.

"I suppose I'm one of the same then."

"Why you?" Taehyung turned to look at him this time, a little curious to know.

"A girl...who I like, called me a while prior and asked me to give her Jimin's number." He confided as he lowered his gaze, feeling his chest heavy at the fresh recollection.

He'd known Anika for so long and had spent a lot more time around her than Jimin had and yet, a few minutes in their living room and a little flirting from his brother's side seemed to have gotten the attention of the girl he liked, enough for her to call him, asking him for a favour.

How pathetic Jungkook felt right now at the thought alone that his heart had stopped from nervousness as soon as he'd seen her name on his screen, and the fact that he'd taken a few minutes to mentally prepare himself to answer her call, thinking that Anika wanted to ask how he was or just spend some time with him, talking on the phone. How stupid it was on his part to have hopes and how stupid that when she asked him as a favour to give her his brother's phone number, he couldn't refuse her.

"What? Jimin? But of course Jimin, who else? It's always him!" Taehyung showed a trace of irritation at the mention of his brother, whom he had tried to contact but didn't pick up his calls.

The truth was that Taehyung at first, just wanted to talk to him about Irine and ask Jimin if there was something going on between them that he didn't know about. He wanted to know if he had made a move on her or not but now that he thought about it again, of course, he must have done so. It's not like he does anything but flirt with everyone after all. The thought alone was starting to inflame Taehyung's anger.

"He's doing it on purpose! He knew I liked her but he still flirted with her right in front of me." Jungkook also revealed his anger related to his brother Jimin's behaviour.

"He's selfish! He only cares about himself. All his life he always wanted to turn everything around for himself. Jimin is this, Jimin is that. Look how much Jimin reads, how much Jimin has achieved, why you can't be as responsible as Jimin!" Taehyung kicked the waters with force, in remembrance of many words he had heard all his life whenever he was to do something wrong and his father, would lecture him, bringing Jimin to him as the good example Taehyung should be like.

"Look how nicely Jimin sings, how kind Jimin seems, how well-mannered Jimin is...all nonsense! What good manners? All he is is a hypocrite! An actor who plays nice just to get what he wants." Jungkook added, leaving the atmosphere then in a silence that clearly carried the heavy and unfriendly feelings the two of them seemed to have for their eldest.

"This isn't going to get by like this. Not this time. We have to get our blood back!" Taehyung yelled out as his emotional anger boiled up inside him.

The two of them looked into each other's eyes for a few seconds and then Jungkook decided to utter out the evil thought that was spinning in his head at that moment.

"I know what can hurt him the most."
