I said goodbye to the girls and called a taxi to come and pick me up.
It was for in the afternoon, I had spent the day with my friends as I was feeling pretty rubbish and missing Ash.
When I got home I went upstairs and banged on my brothers door.
"Open up." I yelled.
I heard a bang and then shuffling and finally I saw my brothers face appear.
"Is mum still at Grandads with Alice." I asked impatiently.
"Yes." He said nervously shuffling around on his feet.
"Who is in your room." I said shortly.
"No one, just a friend." I giggled a girl friend more like.
I gave him a glare and then walked into my room.
I put on some casual clothes and brushed out my long golden hair.
Then I walked out the house and then on to the park.
I spotted Josh easily. He was wearing a white top and a red checked flannel with black skinny jeans, why am I not suprised, and a gray beanie leaving his dark quiff out.
The bad thing was is that he is attractive. Just like Ashton.
Groan. Stop thinking about him.
"Hey." He said smiling and pulling me into a one arm hug.
"Hiya." I said casually.
"How you been?"
"I am good thanks." I said smiling at him.
We walked around the park laughing about the club and school.
I got on so well with him, we are so alike.
And that's what worries me.
When it got to about five, Josh asked me if I wanted to go back to his.
I didn't see why not so I agreed.
His flat wasn't far so we walked back, talking about friends and that.
When we got in I stared around, it was beautifully decorated and the furniture matched all the colours of the walls and things.
"Nice place." I said grinning at him.
"Thank you." he said smiling.
Then he climbed onto the sofa next to me and he kissed me, so I automatically it seemed kissed him back.
It was nice being with Josh but... I don't know it doesn't feel right I don't know why. Well I think I do. I just don't want to admit it.
He's not Ashton.
We were snuggled on the sofa watching a movie and thinking about Ash I picked up my phone and decided I would text him.
Then I got addicted to asking him where he was and why he left. I felt Josh watching me. I looked up.
"Who you texting." he said curiously.
"Oh he is just an old friend." I said pretending he was nothing.
Josh grabbed my phone, laughing, he thought it was funny. He was trying to be funny.
"Hey, give that back." I said.
But he had already read the texts and judging by his expression, he wanted an explanation.
Shit. This can't be good. But Josh will understand, he has to understand. Ashton and I are sadly over.
