Y/N arrived in the Headmasters office with Snape escorting him.

"You wanted to see me headmaster?" Y/N said as he looked at Professor McGonagall and then to Professor Snape and a nurse. 

"Ah, Mr Malfoy, let me introduce Madame Pomfrey, she's the school nurse."

"Afternoon Miss." Y/N said as he nodded to her.

"Mr Malfoy, your aunt has made us aware of your...condition. So in order to help you deal with the sensory overload, we're going to use the same technique as your father and a new technique."

"Cigarettes? Aren't I a bit young for that?" Y/N said as the teachers nodded.

"Which is why we've enchanted them, they've been enchanted to not do any damage to you and in fact heal any internal injuries, especially with your natural healing factor. However, we realise you can't be smoking like a chimney in classrooms, so we have these as well. Chewing gum, but their scent is strong enough for a nose such as yours that they help alleviate the overload they're new and not as plentiful as the cigarettes, meaning you should only use them in classrooms or common rooms." Pomfrey said as Y/N looked at the teachers.

"And there's no negative health effects from these things?"

"You think we would give them to you if there were?" Pomfrey said as Y/N raised his brow.

"To be fair, you did say don't go to the third floor corridor if you don't want to die a painful death." Y/N said as he looked at Dumbledore who smiled. "Thank you professors, really, I can't begin to tell you how nauseating the overloads are, painful to be honest."

Y/N picked up the cigarettes and looked at the label.

"Huff n' Puff, no wonder they do no harm."

"We figured the less addicting the cigarette the better." Pomfrey said as Y/N looked at them.

"You're certain there's no negative health effects, what about back smoke?" Y/N asked as they nodded.

"The enchantments make sure nothing about those is harmful." Pomfrey said as Y/N looked at her. "I'll be happy to carry out weekly check-ups on you if you're so concerned."

"I wouldn't want to waste your valuable time Madam Pomfrey." Y/N said as he pulled out a cigarette and put it in his mouth, lighting it.

"If a student is concerned about their health to this degree, then it's not a waste." Pomfrey said as Y/N sighed, breathing out smoke.

"Only if you've got the time to spare Miss." Y/N said as he looked around.

"Very well, I'll arrange it with Professor Snape and your teachers." Pomfrey said as Y/N nodded.

"Okay."

"Thank you Mr Malfoy, you can go now." Dumbledore said as Y/N nodded and left, heading back to the common room and putting out his cigarette before entering, squashing it under his heel and vanishing it using a spell Narcissa had taught him. As he stepped into the common room he saw it was empty, when he checked the time he realised why and went up to the dorm to get some sleep, recovering from the long journey. Tomorrow, he had his first lessons at Hogwarts...
