The Fault In Romance

jungkook was walking along the courts, dribbling the ball as his mind wondered off to other places. he has not been able to stop thinking about taehyung, it has been four days since he last saw the male and its the longest taehyung has been away from school. everyday he looks for him, but he never shows up, can he blame him though?. 

the raven has been looking for amber those four days as well, he could not find her until today. where he was walking past the lockeroom and heard the guys talking. 

"did you guys here about taehyung and jungkook. apparently jungkook rejected him and now he is dating amber" one of the guys said. 

"serves taehyung right, he had no chance in the beginning" luke commented, switching from his shirt. 

"who told you that first one" jungkook called out, causing every guy in the room to freeze at his voice. 

the guy who said it gulped before saying "amber" 

"where is she" jungkook asked and the guys all pointed to the way of the cafeteria. jungkook left the lockeroom and headed straight there he was livid. so angry. his eyes landed on amber and her friends who were all giggling and laughing at the tables. 

"amber!" I yelled, causing the whole cafeteria to turn quiet. amber's friends gasped and squealed along side amber as I walked towards them. as soon as I stood in front of the table my eyes casted the room to see everyone watching. 

"jungkook! what a lovely surprise, are you here to ask me on a date?" she asked, swishing her hair back past her shoulder. 

"acutally no. I am here to tell you that I already told you I was not interested in you, the kiss you gave me was not consensual. so you did sexually assault me. I told you I was not interested, then you kissed me and wrapped your hands around my neck so I could not move"

"you destroyed someone's feelings, my own boundaries and ruined someones confidence. I will tell everyone now!" jungkook yelled, turning around. 

"I have feeling's for a guy who I deeply care about, and will spend everyday grafting until I get back in his good books. amber and I are not dating, she forced herself upon me and I am deeply hurt to be put in that situation. since she so badly wants a boyfriend, feel free to hand her friends your number and she will get right back to you." jungkook yelled

"one last thing. if you care about consent make sure she knows that since she does not have the common decency to think" jungkook let out a breath afterwards and walked out the cafeteria. ryan was leaned against the wall alongside jimin. 

they both looked at each other and sadly smiled before walking away. 

"how is he doing?" ryan asked jimin as they walked to their next class. 

"not the greatest. he is not eating much, he will only eat mash potatoes and gravy. a little water as well. he has been sleeping a lot and has no energy. his parents were called yesterday cause he has not been showing up to class so I called them and told him he is not doing well, i just said he was really sick"

"they cant get into the country at the moment so I told them I will stay with him and keep them updated on his condition" jimin replied, his arms crossed over his chest. 

"what do you think about what jungkook said?" ryan asked, wanting to hear his opinion. 

"I dont know. I do feel bad for jungkook but I keep picturing how devastated taehyung is, whenever we talk now its like he is not there. I think when he hears jungkook out, he will understand but I think it will cause him to be paranoid. he will overthink and he will not have any confidence" jimin said reaching his class. 

"thats what I was telling jungkook, is that when the time is right he will have to graft to get taehyung back. this was the first step I guess" ryan sighed, walking off to his own class after dropping jimin off at his. 

taehyung on the other hand had just woken up from his daily nap. his room was a mess, there were tissues everywhere. the room was dark, taehyung had been hibernating for a few days now, not wanting to leave the room. he laid on his bed, under the covers staring at the wall. he still has not even reading. 

he had no more tears left to cry.

the one thing that was hurting the most is that he trusted jungkook. he felt lead on but at the same time he misses jungkook. he has seen all the messages and the broken voice messages, he wanted to reply but he no motivation too. 

'I miss you' he whispered, looking at one of the pictures on his phone of jungkook helping him bake cookies.
